I visited this institution several times during my vacation in Batumi, because I heard enough reviews of excellent Khinkali. Khinkali is really very good, which is not to say about the service and ways to resolve unpleasant situations.
On the last day of rest, it was decided to order Adjarian khachapuri in this institution, with an empty hall, the wait was about 30 minutes. I'm not talking about whether it's a lot or a little, but it would seem that there should have been enough time not to bring a raw dish. But no. The dough in the product was 99% raw, I leave 1% on the barely grasped edges. After informing the staff that the dough was raw, there was no feedback. They did not offer to redo the dish, they did not offer to remove its bills either, they only offered to pay for khachapuri and "if you don't like something, don't come anymore."
The woman at the checkout said that she was "not the hostess at all" and could not make a decision to exclude a dish from the bill, the question of who was the owner here and with whom to solve the issue of a low-quality dish was followed only by a shrug of shoulders.

This place positions itself as a beer bar, but we went to eat all the days that we were in Batumi. It is very comfortable to sit on the veranda in the evening. Most of the visitors are local men drinking beer. The menu is small, but everything we've tried is delicious! The prices are low. It's a pity that we didn't have time to try khinkali - the cook who makes them got sick.

We came to this place on the advice of friends, as they praised the cuisine. The waitresses had a very unhappy face, but I decided that they were just tired at the end of the day. The order arrived pretty quickly. Meat on ketsi (beef was promised) and shish kebab on a skewer, everything is delicious, the meat is soft, in the end everything turned out to be pork. Then we repeated the order for drinks several times, and they didn't bring us any more. We asked for the invoice and the amount of our order was just spoken out loud to us. When asked to pack khachapuri with us, they just threw a tray on the table. Since the amount stated did not match our order, I asked for a receipt. They brought a handwritten piece of paper, where all the items were 2-4 GEL more than in the menu. + 10% for the service and even charged 2 GEL for a disposable plastic tray for khachapuri leftovers. A woman immediately came running to deal with our check. All my objections were answered: the wine was 18 instead of 12, because they decided to serve you another wine. Khachapuri turned out to be more expensive because they decided to put more expensive cheese on you. After that, I didn't figure it out anymore because I realized that it was useless! 100 GEL instead of 65!!! And, all through dinner, children will come up to you and beg for money. We have already written about dirty tables and a nightmare in the toilet in the reviews above.
