It's a disgusting attitude. Complete disappointment. On April 28, 2024, an agreement No. 14.04-1B was signed between me and FOSIS LLC for the manufacture of a kitchen at the GeosIdeal factory. I waited 65 calendar days for the furniture. On July 11, 2024, the kitchen arrived in which the countertop was made not as in the contract, but as Geos wanted. According to the agreement, it consists of 3 parts, with an edge 590 mm wide. I had 2 large parts made without an edge, and the third part of the 150 mm edge was cut off, all parts of different widths - 2 large ones of 600 mm, a small one of 590 mm. Apparently, Geos thought that my kitchen lacked the "CHAPITEAU" style, because I gave the money for this particular style. A nice intermediary company, Phosis LLC, does not assemble my kitchen, since the countertop does not sit down, offers me to live in boxes for a month, 60 huge boxes with headset elements are littered with the house. No one is in a hurry to solve the problem, neither the factory nor the intermediary, because I can live in boxes and without a kitchen for a month or two due to the incompetence of the employees of GeosIdeal and Fosis LLC. Oh, yes, I forgot to point out that the furniture assembler who came on June 12, 2024 to try to assemble the kitchen and at which this ugly countertop was discovered left the furniture assembly, saying that I do not know how to assemble this kitchen. Dear users who watched and read my review, according to a complaint from a company that refused to fix its "jamb" on my project, my review was blocked by Yandex. This is the reality in Russia, business is everything, the client is nothing :)

That is, any private entrepreneur can open an office and plant people . And here he is a representative . And if the kitchen is not properly designed according to dimensions or assembled incorrectly . No one obeys or responds to anyone ! They made kitchen doors for me in a 5-meter kitchen in a five-story building, so wide that when you open it , the door rests against the chandelier. I can't open the shelf now. Instead of calculating that in small kitchens they make the doors short instead of long for the whole kitchen , they don 't know how ! I came with a complaint to a point in Moscow at Expostroy, of course, the private owner who runs it sent me far away. Like , you signed the documents . I contacted and wrote to the official website of the plant . So they told me that they are a factory and everyone who opens points , they do not obey them ! It's an outrage! Why are there really no official representatives from the plant in Moscow and in the cities ? Why is no one responsible for how your kitchens are designed and assembled? And for buyers, after 2 years, the veneer on the doors began to crack on the doors , the strip was longitudinal !!!
