I strongly do not recommend contacting this company. We constantly bought 200-density geotextiles from them, but last time we sent a product that didn't even come close to matching the samples. As a result, there are problems with our customers and losses on our side. When they asked to replace the material with the one that was actually ordered, they received a response in the style of: "figure it out for yourself, it's our fault, but they won't bear any losses." That is, they don't even want to admit their mistake, much less solve the problem. No loyalty, no basic service. A separate "respect" to manager Rahim — at first he denied that it was their product at all, although we always make purchases only from them. The documents and correspondence confirm everything, but they don't seem to care. A company that is not responsible for its mistakes and substitutes customers is the worst thing that can happen. We have drawn conclusions for ourselves and we strongly advise others to avoid it.

I want to praise the company, I order the product a second time and both times it is a small amount for private use, while treating it as a VIP client. I was surprised by the speed of the feedback, you can say it was lightning fast, they responded to the website with a feedback form in about a minute!!!! after that, the issue was transferred to manager Sergey for execution. We also briefly and practically found a solution to how I can get what I am interested in in Kazakhstan. Good luck to you guys and prosperity.
