We rented bicycles here. I liked everything very much. Polite staff, good bicycles (with an aluminum frame!), gave out a lock (true, one for two bicycles, but everything was normal). I liked everything. It's a great place!

I bought 6 items but missed the size of the sneakers a little.
I came to replace, not to return, namely to replace and I was not allowed, only with all the things in the receipt ....
But I arrived two hours before closing time, the next day I flew on a business trip.
There was no way to go for things.
They also refused my offers to pay extra and buy more expensive sneakers.
I think the new manager just decided to train his employees in my case.
Well, I just got into this mess.
In my opinion, Dmitry is just a new person in the Republic and simply does not understand the specifics of the work ...
It is necessary to drive such people away until all regular customers are dispersed.
