He was a regular customer of getclean. There have been a lot of questions about quality in the last few cleanups, and now there are questions about service.
I called to order cleaning after repairs (I have a construction company, so the service is often needed).
I called in advance (a week in advance) to plan everything.
Bottom line: there is no response from Tuesday to Friday, because they make a cleaning plan on Friday evenings and not a minute earlier.
They called back on Saturday with an offer to clean up only a week later.
I asked to take a stepladder higher, because the cleaners regularly do not reach the upper shelves of the cabinets. And they just leave dirt there. They said ultimatum that they had only small ladders and would only work this way. Is it a problem to buy a higher stepladder for your employees? They are not expensive!
And this is for the price of 680 rubles for an apartment of 80 sq. m.

I have a cleaning subscription because small children need cleaning regularly. Ekaterina, the cleaner, came today. She started the conversation in a rude way. She said she never put away children's toys. I asked the 5-year-old children to help the cleaner clean, they assembled the box in less than 5 minutes. Then, when I asked to discuss the time of my arrival, the cleaner said that she did not know that she usually cleans a two-room apartment for 2 and a half hours, and then she needed extra time (I felt, hinting at an additional service. Although the cleaning time is 4 hours for a two-room apartment on the site. With an unpleasant aftertaste, we went for a walk. After 15 minutes, the cleaner calls and says that she will not clean and she has an unforeseen circumstance. I didn't believe her, it looked more like bullying and extortion of money.

I ordered the cleaning of a one-room apartment and just got sick of the result. What the cleaner was doing is not clear at all: the mirror in the closet, the sink faucet, the kitchen surfaces, the shower cabin, were washed disgustingly. I didn't look under the bed at all, everything is covered in dust. I vacuumed the floor somehow and whether I washed it at all.
But it's a lot to throw things away without asking. It also had to be returned for a refund, allegedly by mistake, of an item taken from the kitchen.

The oven was not washed, I washed it myself. According to the cleaner, it was unrealistic to wash it with a scraper, sponges, or rags. I washed it myself in 20 minutes. After cleaning the kitchen, all the dirt was left in the drain. No one cleaned him up. The bucket that was used was also left with dirty water. The girl didn't have a vacuum cleaner either. I was in the apartment. After cleaning, no one cleaned it either. What was cleaning, what was not - the result is the same.

I am not happy with the cleaning, even with all the discounts and other things, the result is not worth it. The floor in the hall is stained - it needs to be washed, in the kitchen it generally feels like it hasn't been washed. I still didn't understand if the bathroom and toilet were washed at all or not. You also need to wash the bath, that's for sure. The stove had to be cleaned. The bathroom floor is well washed. The dust is 50/50. Well, thanks for vacuuming the floor with my own vacuum cleaner... I am very, very upset because I wanted to return to a clean apartment after a business trip and relax, but in the end I will have to clean up. In general, the cleaning lasted 1.5 hours instead of the specified 3. I'm just really glad that I didn't have time to recommend this to anyone.🤷🏻♀️

We have used the services of this company many times. Cleaning has never been perfect, but this is a human factor, so little importance was attached to small stains or a poorly wiped mirror. But once the faucet cover was burned off - rusty spots remained and the kitchen countertop was damaged during the same cleaning - the coating was corroded by chemicals.
But the last straw was the systematic cancellation of the arrival of the cleaner on the eve of cleaning. The manager calls and cancels the cleaning 20-30 minutes before arrival. And they do not offer any solution to the issue. Therefore, I do not recommend this service to anyone at all.
