After reading the reviews, I doubted whether to order cleaning from this company. But cleaning was needed urgently. I called three companies and there were no seats, I never thought that the service was so popular. It was only in this company that they offered to let me know if a place was available. A couple of hours later, they called me and said they could come the next day. As for the cleaning itself. To be honest, I went and checked, since the apartment had to be rented to the landlord. I couldn't find fault if I wanted to. Elena, a sweet woman, has done the impossible in just 5 hours. The apartment seemed to breathe, although I tried to keep order, but it wasn't like that when I moved in. Thanks a lot. On the downside, although this did not affect the quality of the service, the cleaner was without a vacuum cleaner. As they explained to me, they are not taken to the cleaning standard. But as it turned out, cleaning without a vacuum cleaner is possible and not a bit worse than with it.

I strongly advise against using the services of this company. At the time of the order, only the address and time were specified. Unlike the others, who asked quite clearly what to do and in what condition the room is now. As a result, the cleaner arrived just with a briefcase, asked if she thought we had the equipment, she said no and she didn't need anything for cleaning. When we went to check the amount of work, it turned out that we definitely needed a vacuum cleaner and the room was too dirty for standard cleaning (I just asked to remove the dust) and a general one was needed. I wasted my time.

I ordered the "Window cleaning after repair" service. The employee arrived on time, with all the accessories, and worked all day. The windows are washed, the window openings are clean, the window sills seem to be too. At first glance, everything is fine, BUT in the process of work I had to make comments and point out the lack of blurring, more precisely, there was a pencil on the double-glazed windows and a layer of dried glue. After the comments were made, everything seemed to be cleaned up. And again, BUT! there were still impurities on the window sills that needed to be treated with more effort: ashtray marks, dirty silicone streaks, the corner of the window sill was not cleaned, and the plastic was poorly washed in places.... In response to these comments, it was said that "they are ingrained and cannot be washed, or I may spoil the plastic." I cleaned the windowsill with a regular Pemolux and used a spatula to gently wipe off the dirty silicone in half an hour. The "window cleaning after repair" service is twice as expensive as the usual one and, therefore, we would like to get the appropriate result.

I called to order cleaning after repairs (I have a construction company, so the service is often needed). I called in advance (a week in advance) to plan everything. Bottom line: there is no response from Tuesday to Friday, because they make a cleaning plan on Friday evenings and not a minute earlier. They called back on Saturday with an offer to clean up only a week later. I asked to take a stepladder higher, because the cleaners regularly do not reach the upper shelves of the cabinets. And they just leave dirt there. They said ultimatum that they had only small ladders and would only work this way. Is it a problem to buy a higher stepladder for your employees? They are not expensive! And this is for the price of 680 rubles for an apartment of 80 sq. m.

Although the cleaning time is 4 hours for a two-room apartment on the site. With an unpleasant aftertaste, we went for a walk. After 15 minutes, the cleaner calls and says that she will not clean and she has an unforeseen circumstance. I didn't believe her, it looked more like bullying and extortion of money.

The baseboards were not wiped, there was no vacuum cleaner, so the dry work was done poorly by hand. There were pieces of dirt on the bathroom floor. Hoods, lamps, etc. are not included in the daily cleaning. Absolutely not worth the money. I had to ask the blades to clean the floor. In general, it seemed that she wanted to do as little work as possible and she didn't care about the quality. I do not recommend it!

But once the faucet cover was burned off - rusty spots remained and the kitchen countertop was damaged during the same cleaning - the coating was corroded by chemicals. But the last straw was the systematic cancellation of the arrival of the cleaner on the eve of cleaning. The manager calls and cancels the cleaning 20-30 minutes before arrival. And they do not offer any solution to the issue. Therefore, I do not recommend this service to anyone at all.

The floor in the hall is stained - it needs to be washed, in the kitchen it generally feels like it hasn't been washed. I still didn't understand if the bathroom and toilet were washed at all or not. You also need to wash the bath, that's for sure. The stove had to be cleaned. The bathroom floor is well washed. The dust is 50/50. Well, thanks for vacuuming the floor with my own vacuum cleaner... I am very, very upset because I wanted to return to a clean apartment after a business trip and relax, but in the end I will have to clean up. In general, the cleaning lasted 1.5 hours instead of the specified 3. I'm just really glad that I didn't have time to recommend this to anyone.🤷🏻♀️
