Nothing has changed in the menu during the month of stay (I'm talking about breakfast buffet). Relatively clean. But the trouble with elevators. Great hotel. 5 minutes from the metro, 10 minutes to the observation deck on the other side of the road, 15 minutes to the Museum of the future, excellent views from the rooms, no one seems to settle below 20-30 floors (we lived on 47). There is a restaurant and a hookah on the roof. Nice pool on the 12th floor.

Great hotel! We liked everything. We booked a room with a view of the Burj Khalifa, but the day before departure we were informed that for technical reasons there was no room with such a view, so we were already slightly disappointed, BUT the administrator came into our position and settled us in a room with the desired view on the 71st floor!!! I am very grateful to him for this!!! The view from there is really amazing - both Burj Khalifa and the bay and in general half of Dubai was perfectly visible) We were not charged any additional fees for this. All the staff is very polite and courteous, although we didn't find any Russian-speaking employees, but it doesn't matter - we practiced our English)) One star was removed for problems with hot water, in the evening and during peak hours we did not have hot water, we had to take a cold shower, and therefore at the end of the trip I caught a cold. But this is the only drawback, otherwise everything is great! Oh, yes - the food (we only had breakfast, buffet) and we are also happy with the food. Guests with any food preferences will not stay hungry)

To a direct question, when they would settle in, they offered to wait another hour. OK, let's go have lunch, we're coming back. The room is not ready, there is only on the 17th floor (out of 72). After the refusal, they replaced the room on the 59th floor, but again asked to wait. As a result, we settled in only at 17 o'clock, we almost didn't have time to rest before NG. The rooms are nice, new, there is a bar, a kettle. The view of the city is excellent. Outdoor swimming pool in the annex on the 12th floor.

Great hotel. The breakfasts are delicious. Clean up clean. We lived on the 65th floor with a view of the tower. (I attach photos of the pitchfork from the windows during the day and at night). Be sure to make a reservation request even through a tour operator (so that the hotel responds and confirms in writing) if you need a high floor and a view of the tower!!! If there is no written confirmation, they can give a completely different number, they want an automatic reservation, you have chosen both the type and height) The hotel has 4 elevators. 2 elevators from 1 to 54 (they seem to stop) and the other 2 from 55 to the upper floors, where there is an open restaurant on the roof. By the way, I highly recommend it. Booking in advance. During rush hour, calling the elevator and entering it is like getting on the Moscow-Petushki train, only the elevator moves vertically, and the train moves horizontally. The rest is the same. It's very difficult to go in, even with a run. We waited (it was during rush hour - check-in, check-out and breakfast) for 20 minutes ☺️ But all this is compensated by the stunning view from the windows. It's worth it. Especially if you are in this city for the first time. Another plus for the pool. It's clean. There are few sun beds, but they have always been there. The pool is on the 12th floor and swimming in it you have a gorgeous view. A towel is given out by the pool. I highly recommend going to it when it's evening. It is open until 22 00 A lot of cheerful Hindus. But they are quite well-mannered. And not noisy (surprisingly). Be ready to buy an adapter for an outlet. Near the hotel there is a 5-minute metro and a lot of shops with food. Including Pakistani shops. For the locals. Everything is cheaper there, both food and an adapter. The hotel has a pharmacy. It works 24 hours. The hotel is very conveniently located. I didn't look at the funny story with the elevators. We would come back here again. And yes, about the dirty windows in the room. It's not dirt-it's condensation. And it is visible only at certain times. In the morning, when the air conditioner is working in the room and the sun is shining directly into the panoramic windows (there are 100 dark curtains), you can see how condensate flows through the glasses. Then it dries in the sun and strips on the windows are obtained. But they don't hang down at all. In the evening they are not visible at all.

Let's start with the pros, a high hotel, rooms, apartments with a washing machine, kitchen, refrigerator. The rooms are large in size. And a friendly reception, helpful staff in the welcome and accommodation service, an interesting museum of old and expensive cars, a huge bed for 2 adults and a child can fit freely, good soap and gels for 3 stars, not for 4. And then it rushed, the room instead of high, was given in the middle of the tower, no kitchen utensils, not even a sponge, they barely asked for a frying pan, the light did not work in 3 lamps, coffee and tea as in 2 stars, the junk itself, the windows were not washed at all, dirty, there was almost no view, at night only this dirt was unnoticed, a broken desk drawer with broken and protruding metal guides, tiles falling apart, rusty holders, leaky and worn towels. And the most disgusting thing is that 2 adults with a 7-year-old child are placed on a smoking floor, without explanation and warning. Beastly. But this is not the end: I have not seen such a dirty and crumbling pool for a long time, bags and garbage were floating on the bottom, the tile was broken off. The gym consisted of 3 treadmills and 2 benches and dumbbells, no exercise bike, no ellipsoid, no horizontal bar. Cleaning is generally a quiet horror for a week of dust has accumulated cars even in prominent places, tables have never been wiped, the air conditioner has not been cleaned in the course of construction, it does not work for heating. It is located directly opposite the bed, you can't sleep with it, you'll get a cold. Although 6 nights. And this despite the fact that supposedly 4 stars, for an early booking of $ 100 a night, and in the season under $ 220 and this is without a baby bed, which costs + $ 45 a night, a complete rip-off and a mismatch in quality. There is a complete interruption with water. There is no pressure. Very squeamish is in the room itself... There are some fingerprints everywhere. The furniture is shabby. Plumbing is on its last legs. And is this considered a super hotel? Moreover, the service is completely indifferent! They just don't care! The only thing is that it's a beautiful view from the top floor, where the restaurant is. But again, you sit down, and the glass through which this very view is just very very dirty. The location of the hotel was very convenient for us. This is a great starting point for any interesting locations. The metro is very close. The only place we went from the hotel by taxi was La Mer, but the prices are low. The hotel itself is still good. At first they wanted to put us in a strange room, as if it had been badly washed after a party :) But after an adequate dialogue, we were given a room at the very top, with a view of the Bourges :) In general, I liked talking with the staff, they are all very nice, understanding people.
