She ignored our questions and made us feel completely unwelcome. When we told the owner, she rudely dismissed us, saying, “This is old USSR, people are like this.” By far the worst hotel experience of our lives. Avoid this place at all costs.

Nice hotel near the gas station. They even sheltered us late at night. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. Everything you need is there. Breakfast is included, which we were fed in the morning. It was delicious, thanks to the girl who cooked. The only thing is, the hot water started only after a while, it was necessary to drive it away. Well, the hair on the floor))

I liked it: breakfast, a fairly spacious room for 1 person, a large bathroom, you can get to the hotel for 120 tenge from the airport by bus, if you arrange everything correctly at the airport and top up your Onay card, it's relatively close to go to the PSC and banks at the Almaty-1 train station. I didn't like: the lack of a kettle in the room, the lack of curtains in the bathroom, the lack of eQonaq registration (some banks like Freedom Bank request registration from the hotel), the feeling of saving on soap / toilet paper, dangling sockets.
