The car was promptly accepted for diagnosis and repair, all information on disassembly was provided, the box was invited to view and everything was shown. At the conclusion of the repair contract, all amounts were announced, including for spare parts. Repairs were expensive, there is a question of pricing (not understanding which brand the spare parts are installed), but at the time of signing the document, we saw what we were doing. The car has been in operation for about 3 weeks. On September 3, the car was picked up and we drove it for a while (she spent almost half a month preparing for winter). At the end of September, they were delivered under warranty, as there were brakes and kicks in the box (they drove less than 1000 km). She spent about a week on the diagnosis, but nothing was found. Our second request was with a clearer technical specification, as there were still questions about the box, our complaints were taken into account and the car was checked, but the diagnostic/repair period was also not prompt (oil change on time and pressure adjustment). The third time, oil leaks were suspected (as we were informed at another service station), which was not confirmed (the check was done immediately on the spot). Total, the advantages: The box has been repaired, the car is on the move The guarantee is that they respond promptly and do not try to deny it. Spare parts are purchased by the service station independently They work conscientiously, they are very good employees Cons: questions about pricing, lack of nomenclature (you don't understand the brand of the spare part that was installed, what kind of oil was filled, etc.); question about the timing of warranty diagnostics (the car is probably waiting longer, since the car was in operation for up to a week on diagnostic testing); lack of feedback (to understand the statuses, you had to call yourself, thereby constantly pulling the masters) In general, repairs can be done, the guys are good, but there is a lack of feedback with statuses, even intermediate ones (even a message in messengers would be enough) and there is a lack of nomenclature (article/brand name) in the order Thanks!
