As always in state institutions, the entrance to this wonderful building is through "....". The mess is complete, you go through the back door and get into some kind of basement. If competitions are held, then there are no conditions for the audience, i.e. the playground is located in the middle, and the audience is on the sides of the hall, it is absurd. The designer's hands should be torn off. There is NO heating. There is NO parking lot. I sent the child to class and didn't even see the coach. And how the payment is made is generally a mystery. Special attention should be paid to the holding of competitions, it seems to me that there is no rhythmic gymnastics federation in Uzbekistan at all.
