BELTYAZHMASH CJSC celebrated the New Year's corporate party 🎄Everyone was delighted, as well as with a very wonderful impression and emotions from holding this event!!! The atmosphere and food were top notch! The show program is great. The host is wonderful, the contests are great, and the music is just gorgeous, which I wanted to dance and sing to without stopping. There is a lot of room for dancing, despite the fact that there was a full landing, no one pushed each other. The service is good, there are no comments, we just had a great rest!!! And I would like to mention the photographer who took great photos for memory! Thank you to the staff and management for your hard work! ❤️ We will visit and recommend you more.

But the performance of the cover band is weak, as is the DJ, who played more or less normal tracks until 2 o'clock, and after that....utter house, rabble and stagger. We found a place for a corporate party, and almost without a doubt we chose Ginger. Our friends have already mentioned it here and advised us. I wanted a normal evening without pathos and unnecessary noise. Everything went great: a cozy room, live music, a good atmosphere, and relaxed people. I visited this place once, on my birthday, and I really liked it! The live music is beyond praise, first the girl sang, then the band, the repertoire is gorgeous, both modern hits and music from previous years. The best New Year in the last 10 years! We would like to express our gratitude to the Ginger restaurant for this incredible celebration! Let's be honest: It was the best New Year's Eve party in the last 10 years. Everything turned out perfectly. The food was very tasty, special thanks to the chefs. The service is excellent. The atmosphere is just fire! The coverbands were great, they didn't let you get bored for a minute, and the music was such that your feet danced on their own. The DJ girl was incredible!!! We discovered this place not so long ago, although we live very close by. To be honest, there was no suspicion that such cool establishments could exist OUTSIDE the city center. This is a godsend for us! 5 stars on all points! Service, accessibility, convenience of location (even the subway is at hand); good cuisine, everything is delicious, fresh; always a cover and dj (that's the mood for me personally, if the music doesn't come in, I can't get high), our first visit was a cover of "John Connor's Children" - it was something 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I really liked this cover. And I wanted the themed parties to be more closely related to the theme (disco of the 90s, for example). I would like to mention the contingent of guests separately. Everything is very decent, cultured, and pleasant to be among such people. In my opinion, this is due to the fact that there are mostly banquets in the institution and, accordingly, the people are very adequate. No matter how many times we've been there, we've never seen any fights or immoral behavior. There are 2 hookah guys in the establishment. They took it once, but it seemed like nothing. There's plenty of room, it's convenient to dance; the staff is excellent! The institution does not lag behind the central ones, even surpasses many famous places. In general, the place is great! I think you won't regret visiting Ginger! Thank you to the staff and management for putting your words and soul into it! It's noticeable! ❤️

We celebrated homecoming day at Ginger, and overall we liked everything. The atmosphere is pleasant, the place is stylish, the music is good, lively — this is a big plus. You can sit and dance, there is a program, so the evening was fun. The staff is fast, the waiters are polite, the bartenders know their stuff. The cuisine is normal, the snacks are delicious, but I would like a little more choice of hot dishes. But a big plus is that you can bring your own alcohol, it's convenient and profitable. One of the wishes was to organize the serving of dishes a little better, in some places it took a long time (but it was understandable there were a lot of people). They even gave me a blanket for smoking on the street - this is a separate respect. Now let's get to the point. I'm a non-drinker, but once a shower it requires a firmware update. In my almost 30s, if you drink once a year, then a liter of beer = sleep, but there is a clear snack, and the atmosphere is gorgeous, and the service staff is the best. While I was hanging out there, I managed to throw up twice, but at a minimum, and once I cleaned up by myself, and the other time I didn't have time, and the cleaner came (I agree, I'm a cormorant) and did everything, but I slept well, sat until the end and got really high. If there's a choice of where to hang out next time, it's definitely ginger (or how does it read correctly?). On 24.01.2026, my birthday was celebrated. Very friendly girls: director, administrator. The director was sympathetic to the wishes, and the receptionist greeted them warmly. Music is fire, you can sing, dance, and not just jump. Everything is more than good for food, with the exception of draniki with medallions. The Draniki themselves resemble a defrosted semi-finished product, in one serving all the pieces of pork were greasy. According to the conditions of the banquet, everything is gorgeous, there are few places in Minsk where you will find such conditions. Of course, there are questions about the service. I had to ask for the wine to be opened with a corkscrew, even though the waiter saw it initially. The second guest replied: it's unscrewing there, and my third guest, when asked to open the wine (like champagne), asked the question: can't you do it yourself? We ordered coffee, which we safely forgot to bring, but I think this is a human factor, so we reminded us. No one changed the dishes all evening, they sat with dirty plates. I warned the waiter that 4 guests would approach and I needed to find another chair, as well as bring the menu. The waiter brought the chair, and 10 minutes later I came up and said: I remind you, I will have another guest, so I need a menu. And the answer I get is: don't talk to me like that, I'm actually the only one serving here. There are no congratulations from the institution, no bonuses. The place itself has a large dance floor, and there weren't many people on our night, so it was comfortable to dance. The guys at the bar are very polite and attentive.

I was forbidden to place an order on the banquet menu, but as a result, the positions that are repeated both in the main and there were placed as if on a bonket menu. It is also strange how pricing goes when the same potato with the same grams costs one price in one menu and another in another... It's strange... the food is ordinary, not just bad, but also super tasty, it's worth tightening up. I also made the order very strangely, it takes a long time to describe, but in general, it was as if I had fallen into some kind of non-modernity... At some point, they even got a little rude, too. It's also interesting in this case how everything is ordered in general, so I ordered a table-they didn't specify at what time we would arrive, judging by the dying rukkala, she was waiting for us from the opening and I really want to believe that only from it, hot, not hot at all, well, warm it up at least, bring it warm, let it cool down on our table, and not somewhere in the kitchen for a long time.... In general, if you close your eyes to everything, then just drink and dance will do. One of the main advantages is the EXCELLENT PHOTOGRAPHER, if this girl was ordered at once, then my advice is to take her on a permanent basis, the photos are the most gorgeous, and all of them, I haven't seen such work for a long time.

On 12/20/2025, a New Year's corporate party was celebrated. I would like to express MY COMPLETE DISSATISFACTION with this institution. 1. The seating did not correspond to the pre-paid reservation (the initial agreement with the Ginger management was that only we and another table with a small company would be located on the 2nd floor, and there would be plenty of space even "for dancing" - according to the restaurant administration). In fact, we were in for a very UNPLEASANT SURPRISE. There were 3 large companies on the 2nd floor and we had to sit almost "on top of each other"...(someone is at the end of the table ... someone was on the side of the aisle, where waiters were endlessly walking around with dishes). There was even one incident: a waiter dropped dirty dishes from a plate onto a sitting person, soiling her clothes, and did not even apologize (as she should). In the future, the advice for legal entities is to write down all the conditions in the contract without relying on any oral agreements with the management of this institution. 2. As for the food. 2/10. Hot portioned dishes were brought completely cold. The pork medallions with mushroom sauce were cold and tough. When I asked the waiter why we were served COLD and HOT and without a side dish (as originally indicated on the menu - potato slices), they just shrugged their shoulders. Of course, the waiters are not responsible for the readiness of the dishes - there are cooks in the kitchen and the administration in the hall. By the way, the side dish was still brought, 20 minutes after the hot dish was brought, on a common plate. Just what should this side dish have already been eaten with? 3. The service is also at a very low level. Some of the waiters seem to be just "schoolchildren" who simply do not know the standards of service in the restaurant (and Ginger it claims to be a Restaurant-club in Minsk). I would like to note that the cost of such a New Year's Program turned out to be above the average in Minsk. And here I have a question for the management of the institution: when a closed New Year's event is held with a program, with a paid banquet menu and specific guests-organizations who also came to your institution to celebrate the New Year's holiday, why after 22 hours, when there was still a program with a presenter and contests, the administration began to sell entrance tickets and letting people in from the street ? 4. The only thing that saved this evening and for which I will give this institution 1 star was the entertainment program and the singing cover band. That's It! Definitely, I do not recommend this institution.

I do not recommend the establishment. We celebrated the anniversary in this institution. On the day of our holiday, there was a "disco of the 90s" in this institution. When making a pre-order, the administrator strongly suggested that when choosing clothes, pay attention to this, i.e. there should have been an emphasis on the images of the 90s. Together with the guests, we dressed in the appropriate images. And what was our surprise that only we were in the hall "in the image". Of course, all eyes were on us. This did not bother us at all – we were resting. We hinted to the serving waiter several times that we needed to be encouraged, but it was all ignored. We believe that in this case, the administration did not work in any way. There was also an incident. Security is only at the entrance to the hall. It is unknown whether the cameras are working or not. But at one point, the police appeared in the hall, who came in connection with the loss of money in the girls' bags. They photographed the crime scene and left. The table was normal. The cost is the same as in the center of Minsk. But the service is like in the area. The distance between the chair and the table would not allow a person slightly larger than size 48 to fit there. Everything is right next to each other.
