The hotel is actually terrible, it is very far from the city, and the attitude towards the guests is bad. When we checked into the hotel, we were checked into the wrong room that we had booked, there were 3 of us, there was only one sleeping place, why? Unclear. After that, we were already settled in our room, the room price included breakfast, which later turned out to be paid, we had to figure it out at the reception. As a result, breakfast took place. After that, we checked out of the room and left our things at the reception, because we went for a walk in the city. When we arrived, there were no things, because the staff had a staff change, and no one knew where our things were. After 40 minutes, they were found somewhere in the utility room. It is unclear why this attitude was. But the impressions of the hotel were very bad

Very nice, modern rooms! The breakfast is great. The place is beautiful. I love the Wyndham network! The only drawback is the closed descent to the water. You need to go around and walk through the forest on a steep deserted road to walk along the shore.

The hotel is on the outskirts of the city, far from the center. We took a room without food, because we read that the hotel has a kind of restaurant. In fact, there is a restaurant, but we could not eat according to the menu) they came and half of what we ordered was not available ... as a result, food was brought to our room, pizza, salad ... there was no hot) fortunately, the weather was good and we spent a wonderful evening on our balcony. The reception is excellent, all the staff are very attentive! The rooms are clean, new, cozy. Everything is there for a comfortable stay. There is a swimming pool outside, but it is not heated. I liked everything, except the restaurant, they didn't even sell us mineral water in it in the morning!

I paid through OZON for a room with a double bed, having overpaid on purpose.the result is two beds, there are no other rooms There are only students at the reception who can't decide anything, how annoying it is when you pay and want what you paid for, but they tell you to make do with what they give you.
