The registrar gladly refuses me, because she turns out not to have found me on the computer, she also turns out to know better than the doctor that I was given a referral with the wrong cipher (corrected with the words - "it seems like this should be the cipher"), then sends me to the gynecologist with the words - go, look, wait... After sitting under the gynecologist's door for half an hour, I go up to the registrar again and ... it turns out that the gynecologist will not be here today... After asking how to find out about the gynecologist's appointment hours, the registrar responds - "I do not know, I do not have a phone, there is no work schedule," etc., etc. But! When people come on a paid basis, the registrar was ready to carry them to each office on her own!!!! Therefore, the conclusion is that if you are a free patient, then you are nobody in this institution...
