Very bad experience. Service was extremely slow, and our orders were wrong. We asked for Oreo ice cream, and they didn’t even know what Oreo was. Never coming back and do not recommend this place at all

We visited this coffee shop again today. Last time we had a small problem with the long wait and the taste of the tea, but our last review was not ignored — the manager paid attention in time and solved our problem. Today we were invited to fix everything, and they did it perfectly! We arrived at 20:00, the table was pre-booked for us. The evening was just wonderful: a cozy atmosphere, very attentive service. Special thanks to the waiter and the manager for the warmth, service and attitude. The tea was much tastier this time — it felt like the team had done their best. The waffles are simply magnificent, fresh and very tasty! We didn't have time to try the desserts because we were full, but we saved them for the next time. We were very satisfied and decided that we would visit this coffee shop every Sunday. Thank you for a wonderful evening! ❤
