I love Giotto. Their meals, desserts, ice-cream, coffees and teas, are just one of a kind. It is good place to visit with your friends, family and colleagues as well. The branch at Maksim Gorkiy is famous with its mirrors at stairs where you can take a lot great selfies and photos.

Best gelato and waffles in town. Food is also great. Service is another 5 star feature of this particular Giotto (special thanks to a Turkish man who is the manager I guess).

The dishes are delicious, the staff is polite, sensitive, I thank the waiter for taking breakfast to order at three o'clock in the afternoon, although it was not supposed to be. It was very pleasant. I ordered shakshuka for breakfast, it was delicious. Their waffles are the most delicious, I had waffles with banana and nutella, a classic combination, and so there was a lot of choice for desserts and a variety. Thanks!

I wanted to write to Yandex delivery, but somehow it didn't work out that way ... I ordered food through the delivery of various dishes ... everything that came and how it was packed for 5+ I haven't seen such packaging even in Moscow!!! Everything that came from the dishes was on solid 5 the meat was fresh and the roasting and serving was at the highest level, the pizza was delicious burgers, too, I advise everyone to this institution and delivery, too, although it was slightly delayed but it does not matter with such a quality of the dishes themselves

The food is delicious, whatever you take. We take it with us all the time. We decided to sit still and drink coffee, but we didn't like it. The staff is fussing, doing kind of work, but it does not affect the feed rate. We've been waiting for coffee for ages.

I was upset by the behavior of the manager, who allows himself to raise his voice to the guests, argue and not fulfill his task of customer orientation. The bill was calculated incorrectly, we were asked to remove unnecessary positions: the waiter did not understand several times and invited the manager, who showed the amount to be paid from his phone(!) and left. After paying the bill, when we have already gone outside, the waiter catches up with us and demands more money. After him, the manager runs out and "shakes his rights" in a raised tone, instead of peacefully coming to an agreement between the parties. The mood is spoiled, although I used to like this place. By the way, neither the waiter nor the manager even introduced themselves.

Хорошое место где можно перекусить быстро и вкусно, знаменитые Бельгийские вафли понравиться всем. Персонал приветливый и всегда рады гостям. Атмосфера проста шикарное, время подачи 5 10 минут. Блюдо проста супер пупер прям пальчики оближешь. Советую всем, а кто не был то в первые выходные сразу туда!

The filling is delicious, but the dough itself is stiff, crispy and burnt at the edges. Maybe Roman pizza should be like this, but it's better to eat regular pizza if you want pizza)).

Вкусно, но для моего уровня пока дороговато ( только основные блюда и салаты ), а цены для вафель, сладостей и мороженного вполне нормальные и вкусные.

Цены просто космос,! Смотря на меню, казалось, цены взяты с потолка. Объясните мне 100 грамм шашлыка стоит 100 тыс сум. На вопрос менеджеру, а что такого в этом шашлыке, ответа не поступило. Даже если какой нибудь итальянец, на итальянском оборудование, приготовленное из животного, которое бегало по итальянской земле приготовил это у нас, то это не повод заламывать не обоснованно дорогую цену, я сделал акцент на именно этом шашлыке не спроста. Обычное мясо 100грамм, обычная мариновка не стоит 100к сум. Которое скорее было приготовлено у нас и нашим узбекским поваром,) в общем понятно когда у компании есть имя, если есть имя, то можно как то логически объяснить такую ситуацию. Менеджер говорит это франшизы, но что то я не замечал прежде у народа бурных обсуждений этого места, никто никогда не слышал, да и по городу их филиалов не встречал. В общем очень не доволен этим местом. Ни атмосферы какой то особой, ничего нет, что бы могло заинтересовать это место. 0,5 из 10!

Испортились, либо в разных филиалах готовят по разному. Бургер принесли без картошки, с обгорелыми булочками которые отдавали горечью, готовили блюда очень долго, так же принесли пасту сухую, никаким сливочным соусом там и не пахло. Еду не доели, ушли. Цена и качество не соответствуют, больше не придем. Такими темпами могли бы пойти в кфс, получить заказ быстрее, а бургер вкуснее. Жаль потраченных денег. Так же посмотрите в каком состоянии у вас уборная, и какой запах там стоит.

To be honest, it is not clear why the service is 20%. The waiter does not come for a very long time, you get up for the menu yourself. The serving of the dish is very very very long. The schnitzel is disgusting... Hard and dry, if in fact. Waffles are generally a complete failure. I am very sorry for the time and money spent. I don't recommend it.
