Great service, tasty dishes. Good place, quiet and cozy. Lower floor is very quiet but there is no bad phone and internet reception in basement floor.

The place is worthy of your attention. Great pizza, delicious Viennese waffles. Cuisine, European, national dishes are not on the menu. In addition to Tashkent, there is also an institution in Bukhara. Moreover, it seemed to us that it tastes better in Bukhara, although the menu is the same. The price tag is higher than average. I recommend you to visit!

This resto-bar is combined with a bread shop. Mmmim....Delicious bread pastries. Bread of all kinds. Everything is always fresh. There are desserts: cheesecakes of all kinds, ta'rty, honey cakes. We have the most favorite cinnabons here. I advise everyone who loves them. So far, there are no better synnabonchiks anywhere in Tashkent than here.
And in Giotto there are hot dishes and coffee and ice cream. Prices, of course, are not affordable for everyone. But you can drink coffee with synnobonlm or cheesecake. The price is the same as in other areas. Coffee from $1.5 and above, cinnabon (very big, like a bun for a large burger size) $1.7~2.0
Hot dishes start at $10 and up per serving.

A good network, I like the menu, the desserts are delicious, in principle the cuisine is delicious, the ice cream is the best in the city from the "Italian" as many claim. The cakes were really better for a year, now there is too much cream in the filling and not enough fruit. The establishment itself is very good. But sometimes you come and the service is terrible, which is simply impossible. And this happens even when you just went to buy bread, for example. By the way, they also have the most delicious waffles in the city. But we need to work on staff maintenance!

I give 6 out of 10 meals, I didn't really like it. Namely, the cheesecake is not very well cooked. The service is not very good, wait and see when someone suddenly appears and call them. I love their cinnabons madly! We often go with a friend for a cup of coffee and dessert. Desserts are always fresh, have a rich taste. Coffee with a deep taste, I like it. With the service - it's different here, but for the most part everything suits.

There are a lot of empty places. Almost no one comes in, no need to make an appointment in advance. There are no more advantages.
We went in and made an order for 4 people. The dishes were cooked for 20 to 45 minutes. For a simple paste, this is a lot. The dishes themselves are bland, especially pasta and pasta (carbonara and alfredo, lasagna, the taste is not clear.
The only delicious fries were :)
Desserts were served before the main courses, it is unclear why.
For 4 simple dishes and tea with dessert, for a price of 650,000 soums, this is too much. And they add +20% to the prices on the menu :)

They work until 23:00, I understand it's Friday, I want to go home early, but kick me out at 22:23!
They didn't even give me a menu, didn't specify or offer something that is easy to cook in 10-15 minutes

Очень вкусная еда, приятные интерьеры особенно на нижнем этаже, но работа персонала оставляет желать лучшего. Конкретно в этом заведении был трижды и все три раза с обслуживанием полнейшая беда:(
Долго не подходят, забывают заказы, путают, не могут принести вазу в течении часа, по 15 минут заменяют грязную посуду на новую.
Очень надеюсь, что это исправится

Отличное заведение с хорошим меню и обслуживанием. Комфортное тихое место. Ценники ресторанного уровня. Например, вафля с добавками около 35к, а паста - около 70к. Большой выбор десертов, а в особенности мороженого 🫶

Модно, дорого, но впервые дороговизна не оправдала себя. Подача блюд не всегда понятна, иногда нормально, иногда нет. К супу могут забыть добавки ( сухарики, сыр), напитки несут позже блюд ( вообще не понятно), коктейли детям принесли из уже подкисшего молока. И вот в целом норм, но именно эти мелочи портят общее впечатление. Последний раз были, все было отлично, поэтому отзыв неоднозначный

Пришли в Giotto за мороженым и кофе (обычно ходим в другой филиал). Официантов не было поблизости, заказали все на кассе, сели за столик. Через несколько минут прибегает недовольный официант, начинает расспрашивать, где мы заказали мороженое и кофе. После ответа «на кассе» начал отчитывать нас, что на кассе делать заказ нельзя а надо у него, но «так уж и быть, раз вы с ребёнком в этот раз ок», типа прощаю. Остались неприятные впечатления, что посетителей отчитывает официант.

С каждым посещением становиться все хуже и хуже. При заказе чая говорят что оборудование сломано и так уже несколько раз было. Кипяченная вода это уже редкость тут. Пиццу приносят холодную - такое ощущение что подогревают полуфабрикат. Английский завтрак абсолютно себя не оправдывает, очень много жирного мяса и обычной жаренной колбасы, в других заведениях ходя бы пытаются имитировать хешбраун за цену гораздо ниже. Время ожидания заказа очень долгое и официанты забывают заказы

Место, откуда невозможно уйти голодным. Это то самое заведение, где готовят пасту на высшем уровне, вафли которые по сей день считаются лучшими в городе ну и мороженое на любой вкус(особенно нравится пломбир без сахара и лотус). В заведении вы также можете купить свежий хлеб из твердых сортов пшеницы и десерты в хорошем ассортименте.

Отвратительный сервис. Медленные официанты. Очень дорогое премиальное меню. Пицца на картинках выглядит оч стремно. Опять какое-то нагромождение ингредиентов. Взяли римскую пиццу, а нас не предупредили, что она сухая и без соуса. Деньги отказались возвращать. Болоньезе невкусный без соли. Купите банки Долмио, будет и то вкуснее. Вкусным был только цезарь. Сюда больше ни ногой. В общем если этот шеф повар себя уважает, а также хоть немного уважает своих клиентов, то исправит эти косяки. Не рекомендую данное кафе с завышенными ценами и невкусными блюдами.
