In The Morning I Met Business Partners And We Decided To Have Breakfast At Giotto Restaurant. We Were Very Well Received And The View Of The Restaurant Is Very Good. We Ordered A Standard Breakfast And It Was Prepared For Us Very Quickly. The Breakfast Was Very Tasty, Especially I Liked The Sauce. Breakfast Was A Success And I Would Be Glad To Visit Your Restaurant Again. A Small Remark In Other Branches, You Forbid Ordering Dessert In A Restaurant. You Say If You Only Order Dessert, Then Only In The Giotto Cafe, This Is Not Correct. My Choice Can Change At Any Second And At Any Second A Bunch Of Friends Can Come To Me And Order A Lot Of Interesting Things.

The second time we come to the institution, we were at Taras Shevchenko and now we came to the branch on Mukimi Street. The service is zero, you enter the establishment and see an empty Hostess counter, the waiters who pass by you for some reason do not want to greet you and escort you to the table, the first contact with the staff occurs when you turn to them yourself. The prices for food and the kitchen in general deserve special attention in my opinion, the prices do not correspond to reality, they are overstated + there is 20% for the service (terrible) the waiter can't even say what is included in a particular dish. I ordered Rigatoni pasta with sausages (somehow that's what it's called) what was my surprise that the dish was radically different from what I ate at the Taras Shevchenko branch, they swam in the sauce for a shorter time, the feeling was that I was eating soup, I don't know why tomatoes were added that did not go well with the dish ( but the sausages were very tasty, the French fries also did not disappoint, delicious. Combined pizza tastes fine, but not wow. Desserts: San Sebastian cheesecake and amoreno cherry pie are very tasty for this five out of five. For some reason, there are no strawberries twice, we come twice, there are no many items from the menu (in general, the concept of the institution and the positions in the menu indicate that the idea was good, but the implementation leaves much to be desired (

Remember what to bring right away, and what doesn't always work out in the end. Three times out of five visits, something was confused. At the same time, the request not to bring the second drink, since the first one has not yet been brought, is verbally satisfied, and in the end they say that it is not possible to cancel and insist on payment.
I ask you to pay more attention to the choice of staff.
Another of the minor disadvantages, it seems that fresh oranges do not lie in the refrigerator and the juice turns out to be warm.

Great desserts. In the main hall, where the kitchen is open, it smells of food, the extractor hood can not cope. Therefore, if you don't want to smell like pies, it's better to sit on the terrace. There is also a small playground in the basement, so it can be stuffy there. Waiters can be absent-minded, do not know the menu very well and do not distinguish penne from fettuccine. All of the above is not critical, so we will sometimes go to drink coffee with a waffle.

It's a good Italian place. Pasta is in my personal top #1. Friendly waiters, high quality service.
Desserts deserve special attention, pistachio cake is excellent.
I wanted to try three chocolate cheesecake, but it wasn't there.

The cooking is not bad, but there are disadvantages. There are enough staff, but for some questions, the waiters do not know the answer. They don't know the menu or the ingredients of a particular dish very well.
I ordered a pistachio cake. I broke the seal from the peel that was inside the cake. They said they would take a picture and send it to someone, somewhere. No apologies, no compensation as a minus the price of the cake from the bill.
In general, it would be necessary to work on customer orientation, restaurant policy, since the customer is always right!

It differs from other Giotto restaurants. Eggplant salad is not made like that, eggplants are not crispy. The service is much different, it does not correspond to the Giotto restaurant, both on Shevchenko and near Tata. It looks more like a cafe than a restaurant. But I can say that the meat dishes are delicious. It seems that I will not come to this branch of the restaurant a second time. I'm more comfortable in others.
