Today, the girl and I were at the branch on c1. Honestly, there are a lot of questions. The prices are restaurant prices, the service is polite but sleepy. They asked for a blanket, but they forgot. The dish arrived, the dishes were forgotten, and I had to wait for another waiter to come out and ask him. They asked for pepper, but they forgot about it. One of the dishes we ordered was tomato cream soup. As a result, they brought tomato broth. It felt like the tomato paste was stirred in water and that's it, the picture and reality don't match at all. Of the advantages, there is a pleasant atmosphere on the summer veranda, it is clear that they spared no expense in repairs. But you need to work on the kitchen and service, or change the pricing policy.

It's a terrible place! The service is disgusting! We waited for ice cream and tea for more than 30 minutes, waffles about which the waiter said "we always have them" upon receiving the order. After 40 minutes of waiting, it turned out that they had also run out. And this is with an incomplete landing. At the same time, 10% of the service fee was included in the bill! In short, show-offs and nothing more. I don't recommend this particular branch to anyone.

The Viennese waffles here are just magical.
In general, the staff is very friendly, the food is delicious. We regularly come here to have breakfast with the whole family. On working days in the morning, the hall is usually almost empty, so the service is quite fast.

I really like the price/quality ratio of the restaurant. This is the second time we've been here and we'll be back. Tom yam 10/10, though served without rice, keep in mind. I had to order a chocolate fondue (the replacement turned out to be good), but after 30 minutes we waited for the fondue, and at that time ice cream was brought to the next table ...
The waiter did not lose his head: "We had a lot of orders and there was no one to get it out of the fridge"

I saw another waiter carrying my dish, but it turned out that he took it to another customer, who later ordered it. As a result, I had to wait another 20-30 minutes to eat. The opinion of this institution has deteriorated. Plus, you have to pay 20% for the service, which has become lame. You need to get tough on the waiters. The place is not cheap, respectively, and the service should be appropriate, as well as the food itself. Now, I don't know if I'll go to this place again next time.

Дорого но вкусно. Мороженое и вафли понравились. Место популярно - поэтому народу много, не всегда находится свободное место. И немного шумновато из-за этого. И с заказами тоже приходится дольше ждать чем обычно, ну это тоже, думаю, из-за количества клиентов)

Потеряли постоянного клиента!!! Пришли поесть вафли с кофе, напротив таты, зашли сначала в заведение где подают только вафли и мороженое, мест не было! Перешли в Giotto ресторан, где всегда с подругой ходили обедать, хотелось именно вафли и кофе, ранее с этим проблем не было, но официант услышав что хотим только сладкое попросил пересесть в заведение где только сладкое подают, на ответ мест нет он сказал скоро освободиться, и просит пересесть, на ответ «мы уже сели, и ранее всегда без проблем здесь приносили вафли» официант ответил что теперь новые правила, какие правила? Хамить и попросить встать и уйти?

Давно хотел попасть в это место и вот сбылась мечта идиота. Восхитительные вкусняшки скрашивают неимоверно долгое обслуживанием (это при полупустом кафе) и просто отвратительную музыку. От какой-то галимой попсы, до чего-то типа блатняка. Я бы привёл тексты "песен", но боюсь они не пройдут модерацию тут, даже если зацензурить их звёздочками.
Короче, если и приходить сюда, то только в хороших наушниках - "музыка" довольно громкая. Справедливости ради, пару раз играло что-то нейтральное, типа лаунджа и вроде даже был лёгкий джаз, так что, рискну предположить, что арестантские песни- это не политика заведения, а исключительно вкус персонала. Как бы то ни было, это очень серьёзный косяк для, вроде бы, приличного заведения.

Один из лучших заведений города. Всё на высшем уровне, начиная с горячих блюд вплоть до десертов. Все что я пробовал в этом заведении меня приятно удивило. Я бы даже сказал что тут кухня европейского класса. Отличное место.

Каждый раз приезжая в ташкент, я обязательно беру сестренку и мы идем есть вафли и пить кофе именно сюда. Неизменное качество и вкус. Высший уровен. Рекомендую.
