A great store. You can find everything for every taste. Prices bite a little bit, I think they adjust more to visitors. The man arrived, went shopping, got dressed, put on shoes, bought groceries and went home. Excellent parking, if you want a string, you can park the car upstairs. It's a very good store. It is located in Trinity Shopping Center and is the only grocery store there. Only 2 ticket offices were open, the queues were long, and it was hard for me, an elderly person, to stand, I decided to use self-service. She asked me to help, put down a bag and called an employee. She had already helped, there were few people, two. She said she would help them and come up, but she did not come up to me, but to a man who later came up, I made a remark to her. She came up and did not help me, telling me to take the goods out of the package, which I did. However, she also told me to scan, without showing me how to do it. I asked her to do it, especially since there was only one product - a toothbrush, 5 pieces. She referred to the fact that many people, although there was only one cash register occupied, could be seen on video surveillance. I asked her again, it was hard for me to stand, I came without a cane, She argued and did not help me. Then they opened another cash register, and I went there.
This is not the first time I have seen such an attitude towards the elderly. They do not respond to comments in the complaint book, they even laugh, write as much as you want. And it's very sad. I live nearby, but I rarely go to this store because of the behavior of some employees.
