On December 19th, I placed an order on the emoll website, delivery is by European post. The delivery date was given on December 21st. On December 21, the delivery date was changed on the mall's website to December 22. An order in the amount of 362 rubles (I'm submitting a receipt). The website says that I can receive a gift for the order amount of 299 rubles. (Gifts are also provided for smaller order amounts). When I received the order, there was no gift, I checked with the courier and they gave me a gift: 1 sachet of liquid feed, and they did it with the greatest favor. I would like to ask, and if my purchase amount was 120 rubles, what would I be given a quarter of the package? It's just a disgrace and disrespect to yourself and your customers. It's better to cancel the gifts altogether than this. It is unpleasant, there is a high probability that I will not make purchases in your store in the future.

We wanted to get rodents, we ordered a large cage on the World Bank in advance. Upon arrival at this store, the choice fell on gerbils. As a result, an unqualified seller "drove" us a cage smaller than we ordered on the WB, and even twice as expensive, offering to simply cancel the order on the WB. As people who didn't know anything about gerbils at that time, we trusted them. As a bonus, corn filler was also "driven" to us, although it turned out that this was not quite right, since gerbils gnaw everything and can eat up the filler, which can result in blockage of the swollen intestinal filler. In fact, gerbils need a cage with a deep tray or an aquarium in general, which needs to be filled with filler normally, otherwise they will gnaw the cage and the tray itself under stress. The filler should be paper, not corn. Bottom line: the seller as a seller is excellent!He can sell shoes to the dead. But as a zoospecialist, he's lousy. Not a foot in this store anymore, and that's understandable, since no one wants to go back to where they've already been scammed)

Prices for some items are lower than in other pet stores. There is a delivery , which saves a lot of time . Although the store is not far away, you can pick it up there. It happens that the product is out of stock or you need to wait for an order from 1 to 3 days , but so far I have not felt any discomfort from this . In general, I like it, so far I have not found an alternative to this store

Our pet loves Gryzli treats very much. The store where we always bought them ran out of them. I found this product online in HyperZOO at a good price. I immediately liked that the product can be booked without registering on the website. Which I did, specifying the quantity - 5 pieces (screenshot attached), and indicating that it would be pickup from Uborevich, 95A. I booked the product at night from Saturday to Sunday, hoping that we would arrive to pick up the order on Sunday. On Sunday morning, an employee of HyperZOO called me back and informed me that there was no such product in the store on Uborevich Street, and that it would be delivered only on Monday. I asked to cancel the order because it was inconvenient to go there on a weekday. But on Monday, I receive a text message that my order is ready and will be stored until Thursday. The employee also called back with the question: "Will you pick up the order?" To which I replied: "We'll try to pick it up before Thursday." One day, I asked my husband to drive an extra 30 km after work to pick up the order. Imagine my surprise when the seller handed me one pack of the ordered treats!..))) And that's what we were driving for?))) I couldn't prove that I ordered 5 pieces, because I didn't register on the website, so the order wasn't saved. I only had a screenshot of the order. Conclusion: the store is not bad, the prices are good, the staff are responsible, but inattentive.

I made an order on the Brit care cocco feed website (7 kg), - I chose this online store, because the cost of food was minimal compared to other online stores (119 b.r.), plus they promised a bonus of two mini packages with food. The manager called back, said that unfortunately, only the last pack was shipped and it was not available, offered a similar feed of the same manufacturer (sensitive), but for 139 b.r + bonus. As a result, the food was brought, no bonus was put, the missing food (which is for 119) is still hanging on the site, as in stock. Oh, and they don't give you any checks or invoices. As soon as you enter the site, the prices of goods are bribed. But that's where all the advantages end. The order was processed within 1.5 hours. The order number was not assigned, the order number was not sent to the phone number or to the e-mail. Only the guy called back and clarified the nuances of the order. The first time was promised to be delivered in three days. Three days passed and nothing happened, I called and the young man (after a long apology) promised that the goods would be delivered in a week and a gift would be enclosed as an apology for the long wait. The courier delivered the goods on the specified day at 22.00 hours. (if I hadn't called the courier myself (by the way, his phone number came by SMS) and agreed to late delivery, the goods would not have been delivered to me that day). The promised gift was not in sight. In short, some disorders. I will not recommend this online store to anyone.
