I won't change my mind about the store itself. But their delivery, to put it mildly, is terrible!!!!!!! I ordered chicken at 18.50 in the offer. The delivery time was specified at 20.00 - 20.30. OK. There was no order at 8:30 p.m., I called them and they said the courier was late and would be there in about 15 minutes. After another 30 minutes, I called again and it turns out they accepted the order only when I called at 20.30 and not at 18.50 from the app, they just didn't know about it!!!!!? And they took the payment in advance online!!!!!! In short, I got my chicken only at 22.15!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is just nonsense!!!!!! To take payment in advance online without knowing about the order at all!!!!!!! And it takes 3 hours to deliver it !!!!!!!!!! And the fact is that they told me on the phone that they started collecting the order only after my first call!!!!!! That is, when the goods should have already been delivered!!!!!! The range of products is large, there are branches of Belarusbank, MTS, A1, etc. It's like there's almost everything in one place. But you won't come here for anything on purpose. Prices do not differ from prices in other stores and in some cases even higher

It became about 6-8, that's the story, a maximum of 1/3 of the cash registers are working, queues at self-service cash desks, queues at cash desks are regular, they work slowly. Prices are the same as everywhere else, and the assortment has become worse than before.

I took one of the salads in a round black package on 07/18/2024 - Greek. It cost 7.50rubles. The lid flew off by itself and flooded the basket. Fortunately, there is nothing like that, I wiped everything and bought it, but I changed the salad to another one. He prudently put it in a separate bag, already knowing that the lid would fly off easily. And yes, she flew off. And maybe he would have closed his eyes like the manufacturer made a mistake in the design or something. But the whole next day my stomach felt bad and my temperature rose. And I didn't take any other food that I could have been poisoned with. And objectively, salads have a very high risk of poisoning. I hope this is an isolated case and I was unlucky, but you never know if you can pay attention.
