Long queues after hours and on weekends. But I give 5 stars (and no options!), because this is probably one of the best Hippos in Minsk. A very large selection of products. Everything is neatly laid out. It is clear where and what. People can easily miss each other with carts. I am very glad that we have shops where the work of the staff is so well established. It is a pleasure to visit this shopping facility)🖤

I am very disappointed. This store used to be much better. The last visit left a disgusting aftertaste. Not only is the product placed as it pleases in the vegetable department, over which there are also a bunch of price tags, which, as they say, guess for yourself which tomatoes at what price, but also the cashier got completely unaware of the rules of communication in unusual situations. She took my assessment of the service regarding the discrepancy in the price of the goods taken in the hall as a personal insult and continued to provoke and aggravate the negative impression with her behavior, thereby exposing her employers. Then she allowed herself to comment on me when I hadn't paid yet, turning to the intern with the words: "You see, we have such things," which, naturally, would cause a normal person to be indignant at best, and then she publicly made a remark to me that, you see, I didn't put the card like she did I wanted to. In general, it's terrible. Compared to other hypermarkets, the service here has fallen to the level of the market.
