It's just terrible. The eternal shortage of staff. One person per large department. There are naturally a lot of people at the ticket offices during rush hour, but there are few cashiers. At the self-service checkout, half of the cashiers are not working, and the cashier who costs more at the self-service cash desks is also in the cigarette department.
