There are always a lot of people in the city center. The ticket offices are always overloaded. They save money on cashiers. But, there are self-service cash desks where you can pay with bank cards, which, unfortunately, sometimes fail! Especially at night. And then there are queues at regular ticket offices to the counters!!! The issue is not being resolved promptly. So train any employee in cash operations just in case! Also, complaints about the assortment! I wanted to buy ready-made beetroot for the refrigerator, there was no Belarusian production, although I had it before. After the history of botulism in beans in large Russian cities, there is no desire to buy such products. Trust has been undermined. We have stricter rules!

Hippo was surprised by the low quality of service!!! I came to choose red caviar in a high-class market, went to the window and began to examine it. There is no product layout, cans of caviar are in disarray, to see the price, you have to bend over or sit down and it is unknown which price tag corresponds to which product. Inexpensive caviar is laid out in disorder on the first line, the rest of the assortment is tightly sealed in plastic cloudy containers and is also randomly presented throughout the showcase. Cans of caviar of different names are placed in one container, it is not visible to read, it is impossible to open the container. I turned to the seller next to me, she said that she was not a seller. I found the seller on the other side, it turned out she didn't know anything and couldn't read what was written on the jar in the container. I walked around the store, came back, found another seller, but she couldn't help either, replied that everything was made of frozen caviar, the containers didn't open and there was nothing good here at all. As a result, it is impossible to choose caviar, it was sealed in containers, because they steal, there is no competent seller, the head of the department tried to call, they did not call. Such a chic store seemed to collapse in the eyes of the quality of service and the blockage of the product from theft)) it's funny! Recommendation to the management: visit the Corona Castle market on ave. Winners and accept the experience of high-quality sales of caviar in cans, an excellent showcase behind clean glass, a price tag with a description on each product in front of your eyes, a high-class seller who knows his product! So I bought a jar of trout caviar from them with great pleasure!

Good afternoon. We ordered delivery via Yandex. Usually, products are delivered to us from another point, but this time, for some reason, Yandex decided to send delivery to this address. During the assembly of the order, one item was removed, while no one called and warned that it would not be there, although at other points they always call and offer to replace it with analogues. Okay, they cleaned it up and put it away, you can put up with it, especially since it's not the most important product. But now the weekend is coming. On weekends, in the morning we usually eat a vegetable mixture and find that there is no mixture. No one could eat it during the working week, which means it was simply not put in, but included in the receipt. It is very interesting, of course, to pay for air. Yandex support is not responding. I ask you to look at the cameras for 28.08 from 17 to 20 p.m., make sure that this product was not reported to us and refund 5.37rubles in any way.
If everything is resolved, I will delete or rewrite the review.

Супермаркет находится в ТЦ "Галерея". Выбор продуктов достаточно большой, есть и выпечка и многое другое, вообщем пустым не уйдете. Несмотря, что народу довольно много, очередей и толчеи на кассах нет, да и к полкам с продуктами подойти можно спокойно. В этом же здании отель " Хилтон", рядом отель " На Замковой", другие отели тоже рядом. Так что для тех, кто поселился в этих отеля все рядом и очень удобно. Не знаю, надо ли это постояльцам " Хилтона". Парковки рядом есть, но они вроде платные, точно не скажу, так как мы жили в гостинице с их парковкой, но знаки про платную стоянку видел. Вообщем удобно, тем, кто рядом в гостиницах живёт. Выбор продуктов достаточно большой, цены приемлемые, близость к отелям и историческим местам никак не сказывается. Рекомендую.

Наверно мой самый любимый супермаркет в Минске. Несколько раз жили в отелях поблизости и каждый раз (каждый день) посещение именно этого магазина вызывает какой-то неподдельный восторг. Большой ассортимент практически всех товарных групп, собственные готовые продукты : салаты, мясные, кондитерские и др. Всегда чисто и уютно. Часы работы далеко за полночь.
Такая мини- Беларусь в одном магазине: красиво, разнообразно и вкусно!
Спасибо персоналу , что именно вы делаете пребывание гостей Минска ещё более насыщенным!

Мне магазин понравился. Не тесно. Ассортимент продукции достаточно большой. Выпечки собственного производства не сильно много, но выбор есть. Много сладостей, много молочки. Овощи-фрукты удобно брать, в основном всё свежее и красивое.
В общем, магазин производит хорошее впечатление. Однозначно буду заглядывать при первой возможности.

Очень хороший большой гипермаркет, отличный ассортимент товаров, есть готовая еда на любой вкус, качество продукции супер, много свободных касс, нет очередей, приветливый персонал, и важно что гипермаркет работает до поздна в отличие от других магазинов.

Совсем недавно открыла для себя очень вкусную выпечку собственного производства-круассан классический без начинки. Очень понравился, часто покупаем. 21.07.23 прогуливались вечером с молодым человеком недалеко от Галереи и решили зайти и купить уже любимые круассаны на завтрак + лепёшку со шпинатом перекусить. Какое было наше разочарование, когда все то, что мы купили, было со вкусом хлорки, очень расстроились, и наш завтрак был испорчен, хотя брали в этом магазине не первый раз.

Сам по себе мазин хороший, выпечка почти всегда новая, готовая продцкция в виде пиц и суши почти всегда новая. (Почему почти? Потому что во всех магазинах бывает продукция уде залежавшаяся.) Персанл мне показался хорошим и отзывчивым. Теперь о плохом. Очереди очень большие, даже при учете кассы самообслуживания. И цены мне не понятные в других гиппо цены ниже, а я напомню что это одна сеть магазинов.

Наверное, самый приличный из супермаркетов, где успел побывать за время поездки в Минск, что-то вроде московского Перекрестка. Хороший выбор и качественные продукты + отличный винный отдел, и другой алкоголь в ассортименте, а что еще туристу нужно ))). Понравился.

Отличный супермаркет, который радует разнообразием продукции и главное - ценой. Очень приятным бонусом является отдел с сухофруктами, развесным чаем и кофе.
Всегда нахожу то, зачем пришел.

Большой гипермаркет, аналог российского Глобус. Хороший выбор и вежливый персонал. Нашли всё что хотели по гастрономической части. Так же в хорошем количестве представлена белорусская косметика и одежда. Приятно.

В начале поздравляю с открытием!!!!
Хорошее месторасположение в ТЦ, наличие парковки.
Сам магазин свеженький, но с не большим выбором продукции, не сравниться с Короной в ТЦ Замок...
Отличные часы работы 09-02👍
Квалифицированного персонала не хватает, это к сожалению заметно... На кассах образуются очереди по той же причине, и наличие бесконтактных терминалов не спасают эту ситуацию.
Сувенирный отдел, наверное сейчас занимает такую площадь и локацию. Возможно это козырь для дальнейшей перестановки и расширения.
Уверен, что это начало долгой и продуктивной работы предприятия!!!!! Надеюсь на последующие улучшения во всех отношениях!!!!

Красиво,современно, есть фотозона при входе. Внутри есть кафетерий. Огромный гипер, но оссортимент ограниченный! Кондитерские товары разделены овощной зоной и это очень неудобно! Чтобы найти зефир, пришлось искать сотрудника и спрашивать. Касс много, очередей почти нет. Есть карта лояльности у сети.
