On Fridays, especially in the summer in the evening, there are long queues at the ticket offices. There is usually one seller for the fish and sausage departments. We were with the spouse in the store on 25.11.23 at 19 o'clock, and came out humiliated. From the very beginning, during the whole shopping process, a security guard followed us around and sometimes approached less than a meter, thereby exposing us as some kind of thieves. But there was a "circus" at the checkout at all, in addition to the fact that the same security guard was standing opposite us, some man without any insignia approached us and said that we had no right to be at the checkout with a basket cart, since it should be in the trading floor. At the same time, he did not care what to do with the loaded baskets. We told him that no one was going anywhere with this cart to go, and we always put it in its place. As a result, he continued to stand and wait for us to return to the place, which put a lot of pressure on us psychologically. After we put everything in bags and returned the cart with baskets to the place (which we are not obliged to do in fact), I asked this man where it is written about where you can be with baskets and where not. To which he replied to me,(quote) that in the toilet, too, it is not written where to throw out the papers. As a result, going to the store left an indelible feeling of humiliation on the part of both the security guard and an unidentified employee. Don't set foot in this place anymore, it's disgusting.
