Apparently, as soon as they hear a polite attitude, they think they can sit on your neck and stand scolding you like a teenager for the whole store. Then you allegedly named the wrong cigarette company, but they have already punched them, then you don't know their tastes by heart, etc. Adult women, but respect for people is 0.
