Absolute disaster. Dirty, unfriendly, uncomfortable. We had booked 3 nights in a 4 bed room. The first night we were put in a mini room with 2 beds. This one was very dirty, hair all over the bed, the smell in the room was very unpleasant, and the room was tiny. The other 2 nights we were then in the booked room. This was a little cleaner, but there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, we could not lock the room at first, sometimes you could not turn off the light ( switch stuck) had no toilet paper and no towels ( we got them on request) even the hot water did not work at first. Electricity and water were also occasionally not available ( problem from the city?). The room was very noisy, you heard everything from the courtyard or from the neighbor. We arrived at 3 o'clock in the morning on the first night and booked an extra night, so there was enough time to take care of the room. The older lady was very rude at the reception and did not give us any information. The next day we raised all the problems and then it was discussed instead of apologizing. Also we should pay the full price every 3 nights, although we had to sleep 1 night in a mini room. The argument was that the booked room was occupied,even though we had booked it. Also, the registration for the government ( you need when leaving) was written incorrectly. Update: after the review, we were still offended! Unfortunately, the location could not improve the impression Conclusion: Never again!!!

Nice hotel. Very warm atmosphere, friendly, friendly hosts. The rooms are clean, there is a bathroom and a shower in the room, breakfast is also included in the payment.
