Кооператив хороший! Спокойно, все чем-то занимаются в своих гаражах, кто машины чинит, кто продает товары всякие. Все при деле.

Территория не в лучшем состоянии, многие владельцы пожилые и не следят за своими гаражами, не платят взносы. Но правление старается.

Кристина просто не застала те времена когда ГСК 1 был хорошим кооперативом. В нашем ГСК было водоснабжение, три эстоквды для ремонта, чистота и порядок. Воду закопали, эстокады сломали и на их месте построили гаражные боксы. А скоро вообще наверное снесут и построят жилые дома. Вот както так...
