Все устраивает.Из плюсов:близость к дому,на территории чистота,охрана,освещена территория,имеется видео наблюдение,охрана.

10 лет был членом кооператива, меня все устраивало, 15 мин ходьбы от ГЭС, пустяк. Сейча 3й год живу в Вологде, искал гараж, ни один из существующих здесь кооперативов и близко не сравнится с ГСК 10, здесь всё дерьмо.
