When they entered the room, they were stunned. There were three pieces of furniture in the old stripped room: a bedside table without any contents, a bed on which there were mattresses larger than the bed itself. The mattresses hung 15-20 cm on each side, the third item was shelves with two hangers, but in fact it was a counter from a store, commercial equipment, worn out. The room turned out to be not 21 sq. m., but twice as small and a tiny bathroom of 2 sq. m. and the room has a low ceiling.The promised dining area and mini-bar were missing, no kettle, no glass, moreover, there was not a single chair, and you can only sit on the toilet.. The director, a young boy, followed us and grinned. We left the hotel like a nightmare. We announced to the head of the hotel the entire list of items listed in the booking confirmation, and he insisted that they were not there because the hotel was being renovated. And the laudatory reviews say that the hotel is new, only renovated. One can only guess how these reviews were received. After an hour of fighting, we left the hotel. The money was withdrawn in full for four nights, almost 50 euros for each night. That's what scammers do. The photos were taken after a complaint to the Booking Office, two days later, the hotel owner prepared the room for shooting for 10-15 minutes and only after that we took a photo. I put a new kettle on, but I forgot to turn it on, two shampoos in a prominent place, two cotton pads and two glasses. There was no promised refrigerator, dining area, table or chair, not to mention champagne glasses (there was such a thing in the promises), as there was and there is not.
