The worst hotel I've stayed in in 20 years of traveling. Russian russians meet people, no one meets them, there's no one at the reception all the time, then a woman appears who doesn't speak a word of Russian at all, despite the fact that almost all Russian tourists are in the hotel, walks around with a translator on her phone and answers everything, I don't know, I don't understand... Well, that's the smallest thing... Tattered sofas in the lobby area, dirty walls. The elevator is like after the Afghan War, it's 60 years old for sure, I haven't seen anything like it because I'm 40. Room: a broken chair, a tired condom (but it worked), dirty gray bed linen, mattresses with stains, bed intestines hanging on the floor... Constantly flashing light. A paid safe. (2 euros per day), dirty walls (well, this is already familiar), there is a TV (worked) , 1 Russian channel. The bathroom is just a song: rusty handles and a shower, 3 streams of cold water wretchedly escaping in different directions. Very cramped. The water in the toilet was also draining in a pathetic trickle, apparently to preserve the flavors. The door, as if it were found in a dumpster and nailed to plug a hole in the wall, it would not close because it was bigger than the opening, I had to hold the door while sitting on a potty so that people in the room would not run out onto the balcony. The small refrigerator was also working. And the icing on the cake: the lack of cleaning throughout the week while we were enjoying ourselves there... The dirt, the smell, the garbage had to be taken out into the hallway because it started to stink on the 3rd day. People, never, ever go to this hotel. I always take a modest hotel just to spend the night, but I've never come across a hotel that shabby. It is better to pay 5-10 thousand more, but do not spoil the vacation. Breakfast is normal: eggs, vegetables, cheese, sausage. It's the same thing every day. But the dining room is dirty and tired too.. Clients on the tables like in the Soviet department On the plus side: the beach is close, a good view from the window, and the A101 store is downstairs.

A hotel for a relaxing stay. Excellent location, sea nearby (across the street), market, restaurants, shops - all this is close to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were provided with several rooms to choose from. A room with good mattresses and a balcony. The hotel only has breakfast, enough to eat. Well, the staff is responsive, they try to help, and all with a smile. No animation, noise and unnecessary fuss.

I had a vacation in August 2025. My first time in Turkey, before that I went to three-star hotels in Italy, Spain and other EU countries many times. It's not because there wasn't enough budget, it's just that I'm a person with no special requirements. But I have never seen such a horror, such a dirty barracks, as in Kleopatra smile.*** And so on down the list: 1) Sockets fall out of the walls, some do not work. 2) Change of linen twice a week, if you're lucky. 3) A very adult woman (about 70 years old) cleans the rooms I felt sorry for her, I went over and asked for a clean set of linen and changed the bed four times myself. 4) Bathroom mirror in a styrofoam frame on yellow glue, the ceiling just hangs on the honest word. There's dirt in there, maybe mice or some other living creatures. 5) On the day of arrival, I am given a key, I enter the room and realize that the handle of the balcony door is on the floor. (Repaired within 1.5 hours) 5) The upper right lamp was not working on the wall. 6) One battery in the TV remote was oxidized, and the TV did not turn on, I did not even ask to replace it. 7) All plumbing is covered in lime. 8) The toilet was stained red-brown on the day of my arrival, I went to buy toilet cleaner and cleaned everything myself, because the staff pretends that they do not understand any language. 9) Linen and towels are in holes in places. Not even worn out, but just "thrown away". 10) And the key moment is that I moved into room 304 on 08/18/2025! The toilet broke down on the evening of 08/22/2025, and it didn't work for five days!!! I repeatedly asked Roman (the curator in Turkey from KoralTrevel) and Yana (the manager of Coral-Travel in St. Petersburg, she sold me a tour) to resolve the issue. I went down to the receptionists and the hotel manager. Everyone nodded their heads for five days in a row. It's just terrible. Only on the day of departure did a man come and in 9 minutes attached a new system and fixed the toilet. Shock, dirt, indifference = 90% Recreation, amenities = 10%.
