Hello. I look at the rating, read the reviews and am surprised, I seem to have been to the same organization, but the impressions are completely opposite. I recently had a windshield installed here, like all clients, I was waiting outside, I wasn't standing over the head of the craftsmen ("people are busy, I'll just get in the way," I thought). OK, the job is done, I paid, signed the papers and went home. After I got out of the car, I decided to take a look... and, an unpleasant surprise was waiting for me: the rack, which is located between the hood and the glass, is all jagged and bent! The gap between this rail and the glass is at least half a centimeter! I guess the guys didn't take it off carefully to make it faster, but just bent it back. The glass in the car was changed more than once, everything was always neat, never such damage was left. Of course, it's my fault that I didn't control the process, but this is the work of the masters and they treated it that way. There's nothing you can do about it. I leave a review so that no one repeats my mistakes. Inspect everything carefully, not only after work, but also during it.
