I do not dispute that anyone can make mistakes, efgds was done, everything became clear, before the operation they put a catheter on us and said we needed an IV. Everything was done, after the operation I took my baby, and tonight I saw that the puppy's paw was swollen twice. Well, of course I'm in a panic, take off the catheter and immediately call the round-the-clock clinic Dr. vet. I explained the situation, they didn't tell us on the phone, we can't help in any way, as they said in the main message. They explained everything to us and told us not to worry, remove the catheter and just wait. The reasons for the swelling of the paw clamped the catheter, we did nothing because the dog did not touch it. Conclusion in the clinic, sometimes in some cases they are irresponsible, plus they charge a lot of money for everything, in other clinics I am already silent about goss at times cheaper, and the quality is not worse. I am very disappointed, we will not go any more, even for those procedures that were prescribed there. Let's go to another clinic. Perhaps we will return only for the sake of consultation after manipulation.
