The quality of service has dropped just below the limit! Previously, I could complain about the dirty cabin and flight delays are quite noticeable. Now there is a deception with tickets: I bought a business class for an elderly mother, confirmed several times with the airline that the flight will be in business class (including 4 hours before departure). But what would you think..? That's right, the flight arrives without business class. And it would be fine to inform them in advance, apologize and return the money. But again, no! The money is returned after submitting a handwritten application to the office in Dushanbe! And what if you're not in this city??? The result: they cheated on the money, the flight was severely delayed, the airline representatives at the airport and the flight attendants were rude (although I always communicate politely with everyone), the food on board is hardly edible. The impression is disgusting! No respect for people!!

Not a serious airline company wants to change the direction of arrival the day before the flight. Buying a ticket from an external website for a Somon Air flight online registration is NOT POSSIBLE. Don't disgrace the country!!!
