Phone fraud + illegal denial of warranty. I had to buy a new device On 02/10/2026, I called this store to clarify the warranty repair procedure. The employee CLEARLY said: "Come, no documents or warranty card are needed, the device is registered on the website." She arrived on 02/11/2026 (a long way). The response is a refusal. Reason: "Return only to the purchase address and only with documents." That is, the employee either deliberately misled me, or does not know the basic rules of the law. BOTTOM LINE: time is spent, the 60p warranty device has remained inoperable. Right there, with the same consultant, I had to buy a NEW device because there was nothing to smoke with. When buying a new one, again, not a word about the terms of warranty and refund, just "sign the coupon." The company store is obliged to accept the goods regardless of the place of purchase. This is the law. It is violated here. A very unpleasant aftertaste. Think twice before coming here.
