Terrible car service and boorish attitude towards customers. I came across this car service in May. I brought a tow truck to them. A couple of days later, I was told that the problem was most likely in the processor of the box. A new spare part was very expensive and I was told that it could be used. A week later, they said they hadn't found it and that we had to distort it ourselves. They found it in another country and brought it to them. After it was installed, they said that the patch was not working properly and the error did not disappear. Although the sellers assured that this could not be!!! After it was removed, they said that I had to pay 11 thousand lei for the work, as it was not their fault that the spare part turned out to be defective. After payment, I was offered to put a used box, but fortunately they did not find a suitable one for my car. They had the car in a faulty condition for two months. I decided to change the car service, and as I brought them to them in a tow truck, I took them in a tow truck. In another car service, they began to look deeper for the problem, and after all the repairs, it turned out that the native processor was in perfect order. The problem turned out to be completely different. After I picked up the car, I started writing to this car service. I have never seen such rude treatment anywhere, and it was Maxim, who is engaged in diagnostics. Conclusion: the money spent for their work was 11 thousand lei, the spare part was 700 euros, for which they refused to return the money, as it was in perfect order, the downtime of their car, and of course the rude attitude towards their customers and shouting into the phone. Of course, I will not leave it that way and I will write to the customer service of consumer rights and, if necessary, it will go to court.
