Initially, we chose it based on the recommendations of our friends and did not regret it, we really liked it. First, I approached him myself, and then I brought my child. He was always very friendly and positive towards us, always explaining, telling and demonstrating everything we needed to know. I even asked him a lot of questions and he always answered them, despite the fact that I was taking up his time. It seems to me that he is a true professional who knows his job perfectly. We plan to continue coming to his consultations.

There is only one principle at the reception - pay faster. They won't explain anything to you. Moreover, they will not advise you to find out which specialist to contact. Doctors are sent for all possible tests, just to get more money. The competence of doctors is so-so. The only system they gave me was 50 thousand, I think it's fine.The staff doesn't look very neat, and they're dressed in a variety of different ways. The surgeon tried to persuade me to have an operation for 16.5 million soums, scaring me that otherwise it would be too late in a couple of months. It's been more than six months. I was prescribed treatment elsewhere and advised not to undergo surgery. In general, I am not satisfied with this clinic.

I applied to the clinic for a spermogram. Arriving on the 21st at 21:00, I paid for the analysis, completed the necessary training, and strictly observed the requirements for abstinence. However, the organization of the process turned out to be depressing.
Firstly, the procedure itself was extremely unethically organized: instead of a specialized office, I was sent to a regular toilet. In the process, the staff either turned off the lights or knocked on the door. I had to loudly remind them that the room was occupied — awkwardness and stress instead of normal conditions. I expected, at least, a separate treatment room, not a sanitary room with a walk-through regime.
Secondly, I was not informed of critical information during the analysis: the laboratory is open only in the morning, and the material I submitted in the evening cannot be used. An employee at the reception should have warned about this before the payment, but this did not happen.
The next day, at 11:40, I received a single call from the clinic. I couldn't respond due to work reasons. There have been no repeated attempts to contact me. At 2:30 p.m., I wrote to Telegram myself, asking to send the analysis result in PDF format, since I was on the other side of the city and could not personally come for the paper version. The response was prompt: "Just a minute." But that minute was followed by 1 hour and 9 minutes of complete silence.
When I repeated my request to send the result urgently, I was informed without warning that the analysis had been canceled because it had been submitted outside the laboratory schedule. I was confronted with the need to retake. No apologies, no explanations, no compensation.
When I asked questions about compliance with the conditions of preparation for the secondary donation (in particular, repeated abstinence for at least 48-72 hours), the employee stated that "any sperm will do." I'm sorry, but this is blatant incompetence. Such approaches make the results of the analysis unreliable and cast doubt on the whole point of contacting a paid clinic.
Bottom line: due to the negligence of the staff and the lack of basic client communication, I lost valuable days, did not meet the medical check-up deadline and now I have to go through the whole procedure again. All this could have been avoided if I had just been warned in advance about the laboratory schedule.
Global Medical Center — you may have good doctors, but the organization and service are at zero. The patient here is not a person, but a passing ticket. No apologies, no desire to solve the problem, no respect for the client's time and efforts.
I don't recommend it.

The treatment room is open around the clock, seven days a week. However, keep an eye on the nurses when they prepare an injection or drip, especially from expensive medicines. They can substitute it. Don't let them take you anywhere and do everything in front of you.

Also, the ultrasound left much to be desired, without giving full confidence in determining the sex of the child. At the reception, they show a disdainful attitude and mock the customers. There was no surgeon, there were only nurses and an assistant surgeon. What is 2 hours of waiting for surgery on the operating table?! I am silent about the fact that the woman was lying completely naked at that time, in an uncomfortable position, because she was also tied up.
Only nerves and worries from waiting for the operation!
The most negligent attitude of the surgeon, at that time he was seeing other patients!
I had to abandon the operation, because my mother felt sick on nervous grounds from waiting, the assistant boy called and the surgeon immediately appeared and began preparing for the operation and dissuading her to leave. Mom came out of the operating room at 15-40.
We refused, all the money was returned to us, for which we thank the administrator.
But the surgeon is just a beast and a non-human! We will never go back and contact this clinic!
