I would like to thank the team of the Global Tourism Center for the impeccable visa processing! From the first contact, it was clear that I was in safe hands - the manager explained in detail all the requirements, helped to assemble a complete package of documents and gave valuable advice on filling out questionnaires.
I was especially impressed:

Despite the difficult visa situation (I applied during the season), the agency staff did everything possible to make the process as smooth as possible. I received my visa on time, without any problems or delays.

I want to express my gratitude to the team of "secrets of the city", we went on an excursion on 12/21/2024. Everything was so magical and unforgettable, it's just beyond words! We live in Grodno, and to be honest, we didn't know much about our city. We definitely recommend visiting a theatrical tour! We went with my husband on a guided tour of the Secrets of the city on April 26, 2025 - we were very satisfied. This is not the first time in Grodno, but it has not been seen like this, as it was shown to us on a night tour. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail: sound, route, acting, seagulls, etc. Thanks a lot to the team that worked with us that evening!!!!

It's a disgusting company. I booked the tour in advance, bought tickets to the host city, and specifically for that day, and then it turns out that there are allegedly no seats for that time, although everything was available at the time of registration. As a result, the time was postponed without my knowledge, so much so that I do not have time to catch the train. And it was reported so late that there were no alternatives. And the company doesn't get in touch!! It's a disgusting company. I will legally seek to be punished, as the trip to the city was ruined!!

We booked a tour, they said that they accept mir cards. We arrived at the office, there is no terminal. They sent us to another office. And the terminal doesn't work there. This is not about customer orientation. People are probably coming to you not only from Belarus. We will not recommend it to our friends either!!!!
Moreover, we offered that we would leave part of it in cash, and pay the rest on the spot when we withdraw it. They refused.

Disgusting service. We wanted to book an excursion. They called the dates, we agreed, then asked to send the age of all participants to Viber. Exactly the age! The answer came only the next morning, namely that our date was already taken. How can this be? Bullying attitude towards the client.
