I arrived around 06/20/22 with a problem: the box is kicking from 3 to 4. After adequate communication and establishing, as it seemed at the time, the real cause of the breakdown, we agreed on the timing and price of repairs for a lot of money (> 1k $). The positive ended there.
The repair time was delayed for several days, citing the employee's illness. There would be no questions about this, because we are all human beings and everything happens, but I would like to find out about the postponement from an incoming call in advance, and not by my call on the day when I was going to pick up the car (and it happened 2-3 times during my long suffering).
He took his beast after all... The kicks are still there! We had an adequate ride with the boss, he admitted everything, decided if the box did not adapt in a couple of thousand km (attention at this point!) I will come under warranty and everything will be fixed. ok. Of course, she did not adapt, since she will have enough time to accelerate and slow down a couple of times (I checked with the dealer), but decided to finish the agreed deadline. Along the way, I stopped by to change the oil at the dealer and found that the outboard bearing was out of place (the second point is attention!)
At the end of the agreed couple of thousand km, I stop by under warranty, at the same time pointing to the suspension, they took the car, again with the postponement, everything was done for free and the kicks passed! It turned out to be a small matter (some valves in the box). The main question of this review is why I gave the money for the capital, if it was possible to do the same thing in a couple of days as they did on the second attempt and 10 times cheaper....
Six months pass, I go to the dealer for small things, it turns out that the suspension bracket is broken! Referring to those two places of attention above, while I was driving a couple thousand km "adapting the automatic transmission", the suspension, which was not in its place, wasted the bracket! + According to the regulations, when removing / installing the bracket bracket is changed to a new one, which, of course, was not done. As a result, the replacement of the bracket is at your own expense.
02.04.23 I go to the dealer — there is a leak at the junction of the two halves of the box. Repairs at your own expense.

I asked them to pack my box and put everything in the car. I was told with a grin that I had to wait an hour and a half. I took it and agreed, which was clearly not expected. I waited in the car for 15 minutes and then they asked me to open the trunk, they began to fold the box in parts. I understood that everyone was busy, and I didn't have too much time to spare. After a while, at the very end of the work shift (closer to 18.00), I was informed that everything was ready. I went to them by taxi, through one end of Minsk to the other. It was only then that I was given an agreement on the work done, in general, some kind of document. I paid off, asked if they had any document left, where to sign it, so that they could have a guarantee, which they waved their hand at, said they didn't need anything, the act of defects on the car was also not originally drawn up, although this clause is in the contract. I decided to check the car, walked around, although it was already late, it was getting dark early, but it was worth checking anyway. One side of the hood was with a wave, as it was not completely closed and the fasteners were visible at the base. I turn to Sergey to see what's the matter. Sergey proved that they did everything right, but invited the master. While the master was walking, he saw that the girl was in front of him, and he had already started talking in advance, "that was it!", although I brought a car with a normal hood exactly exposed. I opened the hood, the master quickly and quietly told Sergei, as far as I heard, "mouthpiece...I stayed in the car, they didn't take me away." When I asked the master what was the matter, I received a rude answer: "nothing!" and the master quickly left. Not everyone likes to admit mistakes. I called Sergei, they said they would give me the hydroblock, they had enough of this stuff, they found out a little later about the knitting needle, they also warned me, to which the boss began to sigh into the phone, of course, apparently not the first such situation. We agreed to coordinate the time on Monday so that all the documents would be brought to me.parts, otherwise it's expensive to drive through the city like this because of the shortcomings of specialists. On Monday, two phones were disconnected, and it was only at one o'clock in the afternoon that I was able to get through and remind myself. Sergey began to prove to me that my car immediately arrived like this with three studs, although before that they changed the steering rack and all the presence of a lock.parts, all wheels have been checked. I was assured that all the parts were put in a special box, so that nothing would be lost later, and to establish how it was. Well, to which I ask the question, why, if they have everything in boxes like that, they didn't immediately put a hydroblock in my car, but forgot it? There was no clear answer, but only that he was not in place and could not control it. What is the point of a boss if there is no control? I ask a question, since the car arrived with three studs, why wasn't I told about it, it's so unsafe to drive and I, as an adequate person, would ask them to solve it, and they will be paid for their work anyway. Sergey replied that cars arrive with two stilettos, and they will not dictate how to drive to whom. Seriously? Would you drive with such wheels yourself? You can immediately see the disregard for people. It doesn't matter to them that the car left the service station repaired. They will take the money, and then immediately some prevarications when it comes to shoals and responsibility.
As a result, the hydroblock was given away, the money for the hairpin was also returned. The issue with the shortcomings identified at this point was resolved, only the impression of the masters was spoiled.
