Great service, fast delivery

On November 1, 2024, I ordered the "Buy instead of me" service. Tom Ford's Metallic Mauve eye Shadow palette for $48.45. Plus the commission for the purchase. Plus delivery to Kazakhstan.
I got a completely different Nude Dip palette. I immediately contacted the company and they told me that THEY WERE NOT TO BLAME FOR ANYTHING! The store and I are to blame. The store sent the wrong product. And I did not order an ADDITIONAL PAID parcel inspection service at the warehouse. If anything, this service is only available in the declaration editing mode, but it is not available for the 'buy instead of me' service.
All requests to provide confirmation that they had bought exactly what I ordered were ignored.
The managers called several times and sadly reported that the store was to blame for the situation, the company, according to its regulations, BEARS NO RESPONSIBILITY.
1.5 months later, I was informed by phone that there would be a 100% refund for the service, the cost of the palette and the commission.
I got my office balance back today (balance, Carl!) only the cost of the palette.
They refuse to return the ransom service, because they believe that everything on their part was done correctly.
I highly recommend not using the services of this company.

It's a normal place. I bought a book on Amazon for 20 bucks, native delivery is 50 bucks, globbing has 10. Everything is cool, except for one thing - you need to sign a customs clearance agreement. There are no problems in the contract itself, but... it needs to be printed, signed, scanned and attached. I understand that this is the law, but be prepared. The book itself was delivered quickly, and I liked the service.

Do not order a lot of expensive goods!
Parcels do not reach the warehouse or they may not be found in the warehouse.
The package was lost. All the shipping facts and receipts were attached. Both from the store and from the transport company, as well as information about the purchase of goods. After a week of correspondence, they replied that they would give an official answer that the parcel had not been received at the warehouse. I have to decide everything else myself. How, with whom, and why, remains a mystery to me. Interaction with clients, customers and the solution of such situations leaves much to be desired. You will have to take full responsibility! Even Postal and Shipper have never, under any circumstances, allowed themselves to do this. All issues were always resolved in favor of the customer and everyone was satisfied. Here is such a service…

Don't waste time and money. There is absolutely no level of communication with customers. I made an order, paid, but I had questions about the track number, in total I called them for FOUR DAYS, wrote to the mail, wrote to whatsapp, wrote to social networks - and nothing! There was no answer, every time I hung on the line for 10 minutes and the call was reset. I didn't get anything.
I freaked out, went to the address listed on the website in Astana to sort it out on the spot - I saw the process of "dismantling" the external film of the building. These people are either closing down, or it's unclear what.
Don't waste your time on this office. I was lucky that I was able to cancel the sent order and return some part of the amount.
