Why, if the buyer has a card, the application works and the seller has a problem with the system, should the customer experience inconvenience?

Although, in general, the network is very good. The best shops are on L. Tolstoy/Almaty and Southern Highway/Ch. Aitmatov, but the latter has an extremely inconvenient entrance to the store, because of which he loses a lot of customers.
