Conveniently located on a bypass road, out of city traffic jams. It has a huge parking lot for cars and buses. It is especially convenient that several public transport routes end/start here. You can get there from various points of the city, and even the suburbs. In my opinion, the price tag for goods, even if not for everything, is higher than in some other networks.
