I’ve been there several times, and they always make me wait 5–10 minutes past the scheduled time. But the last visit was absolutely awful. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment, and then waited 15 minutes while the administrator walked by several times without saying a word. When I finally asked what the problem was, she told me that my nail master was ill. I don’t understand why she didn’t tell me this right away. I completely understand that someone can get sick - a simple apology would’ve been enough. Eventually, she found another nail master who agreed to take me, but I had to wait another 30 minutes. During the entire waiting time, I wasn’t even offered a glass of water, let alone coffee. When the new master started, everything was rushed. She worked on me and another client at the same time, cut my cuticle, which hurt for several days, and forgot to fix my broken nail, which broke again within a week. I truly appreciate that they managed to find another muster for me, but I don’t understand the complete lack of communication, absence of any apology, and such poor customer service. I will never return to this place.

⭐️ I moved to Yerevan and became a regular customer of this salon: manicure and pedicure are excellent, eyebrow correction is also at a high level. But the work of the administration and communication with clients spoil the impression. Two weeks before the recording, I wrote on WhatsApp with a request to put my friend and me next to each other — there are only three chairs in the cabin, this is elementary and there is enough time to coordinate. In response, the administrator wrote that "we do not manage the placement of seats, the masters decide for themselves," and by the way, they did not respond to my message for like FIVE DAYS! Coordinating the work of the craftsmen and the seating of clients is the task of managers and administration, not hired craftsmen. I expect personalized service and attention to simple requests. The craftsmen are excellent, but the administration must take responsibility and explain the restrictions in advance (in a reasoned manner) and offer options or compensation in case of inconvenience — then the overall impression of the salon will become truly premium. So far, the impressions for 1 gold star are only because of my beloved master. She deserved it. Please note that even if the masters are assigned to their jobs in advance, if there is a client who asks to sit next to his friend or relative, you must take into account his request and exchange places for this pedicure — this is an absolutely simple operation. You have mobile shelving and portable workstations; moving one meter will solve the situation — zero difficulties. In this regard, I am extremely unhappy with what happened and will no longer recommend your salon; I will only visit my master. The main questions for me are: who controls the operation of the salon? Who coordinates the work of the craftsmen? Who is responsible for fulfilling basic requests? Who will be responsible later if 2 clients stop going at once and leave bad reviews on all sites? The salon carries reputational risks, as the administrator behaved unethically and incompetently. I strongly recommend that you conduct trainings on conflict management and on processing personalized customer requests. The salon's rating on Google is 4.5 - it's worth thinking about.

I signed up for a manicure and pedicure 3 weeks before the procedure via Instagram, the administrator called me and informed me that my appointment was canceled due to the master's day off. She rescheduled my booking for an inconvenient time for me after 4 days, manicure at 10:00 and pedicure at 18:00 (pedicure was again postponed to 16:00) on July 21. On the same day, I asked the receptionist at the counter to schedule me for the next procedure on August 12th (today) and on August 24th. I got a call on August 11 (yesterday) to confirm the booking, which I did. Today, the administrator called me and informed me that I had an appointment for a manicure and pedicure, but the reserved time was only for one procedure, they offered to record a second procedure another day. I obviously got angry and cancelled all my bookings. I am satisfied with the services of a nail service master, but to substitute my clients in this way is not professional and disrespectful. I will not address them again. We forgot to at least apologize for the inconvenience at the end of the conversation.
