I bought an electric ladder about 5 years ago. I've worked out exactly the warranty. A dimmer regulator turned up, as it turned out, an ordinary Chinese one for 10 rubles. The manufacturer left the problem to me to solve, ordered in China. I worked for another year, the problem is again, it works or not, I changed the dimmer to ozone 64 rubles. It didn't help, I think the heating cable. Finally threw it away.
