A relatively abandoned place for 2025. Some of the office rooms are working (double-glazed windows are installed), the generator is working, ships are unloading from the pier and trucks are driving around the territory. There are no guards in sight, tourists walk around the territory, they are not touched.

An interesting place, though creepy, as if you get to Pripyat. The remains of books and drawings are lying around somewhere, machines are standing, cars and boats are rusting.... Who loves such places- you will not regret it. On the piers, people dive and catch ratan and mussels)
