The first time I used the service of this "office" and the experience turned out to be, to put it mildly, sad, because this is the bottom, not the service. We recently took two tickets from Issyk-Kul to Bishkek, we went specifically at night to avoid traffic jams and so on. We arrived at the gathering point at the right time and waited. Half an hour later, a bus appeared on the horizon. We thought, well, it happens, half an hour is not scary. The bus stops and it really is a GOBUS, but it turns out that it is not ours, but a latecomer at an earlier time. Well, okay, we're waiting further, but it's already becoming clear that something is wrong. It's night time, we're in the middle of a dusty road, where repairs are currently underway and the dust from cars is standing in a column, so we're in that dust. It takes more than an hour, and I start looking for support contacts. I write to TG and no one answers, then I write to WA and then they just throw me a contract in response to my question. I dial the number and I get an answer when are we going? they answer at length that "probably in an hour." Emotions are difficult to describe, at that time we had already regretted 30 times that we had bought tickets in this charade and it would have been better to go the old-fashioned way by route or taxi. We finally left at 3 a.m. Instead of a brand-new bus, an ancient Neoplan arrived, which, apparently, should have been disposed of 25 years ago. Instead of a normal driver, a monkey is driving, who doesn't care about the lives and health of those he is driving. All the way, constant speeding, dangerous maneuvers, overtaking and the sound of a horn, which this monkey constantly presses, trying to scare away other traffic participants. You just drive and pray to all the gods that you don't get killed on the way. Seat belts, by the way, are also missing from the bus, apparently in order to kill yourself in an accident with a one hundred percent guarantee. In general, I advise you to avoid this company, so as not to spoil your nerves and not waste your time.
