It's just a delight! Especially if you are inspired and interested in antiquities :) But here's what's important: it's better to take an individual or mini-tour from Baku in the afternoon, when the main flow of tourists (and the heat!) It's already subsiding, otherwise it will be agony. And in the evening, you can explore everything without crowds and haste. During the winter season (and the end of April is still considered the winter season), the museum is open, it seems, until 17, but you can walk a little longer on the rock terraces with drawings, there are explanations in Russian, in general it is impressive, beautiful, interesting
