On 18.10.2024, we placed an order for a set.
As explained in the support, the order was prepared at Lisa Chaikina Street 14.
The view, and even more the smell of Philadelphia was terrible, I'll attach a photo. The support offered to refund the money and take the product back. There is no compensation for the time and nerves spent.

We waited....We understood that they were all missing , as a result , we called at 21.21 and said that unfortunately they had not been prepared yet and we had to wait about an hour and a half .
And to my answers and mild indignation, the girl decided to laugh and say that she couldn't help in any way.
Naturally, the evening and the celebration were ruined
We made a special order in advance.
It's very unpleasant
They asked me to do it quickly because it is not possible to get up early for work and wait for sushi until late at night

A year ago it was 5/5, delicious inexpensive sushi, fast cooking, always high quality. You can collect your own account for every taste and price, but!
They've been incredibly spoiled lately:
1. You order on a day off, the sushi is dead, falling apart, it hurts to look at them
2. Jokes with the site, and in general the organization of work. Sometimes it is impossible to order on the site even in an hour, but to go to the window - they will do it in 20 minutes, the most terrible service
We gave a lot of chances, every time you think you've improved, but no, every weekend is the same.... So now one star!

I really love your product and I want to continue to be a regular customer, I really ask you to pay attention to the quality and not force customers to play the lottery!
