Today we placed an order for the third time — the first experience was excellent: neat, delicious rolls, everything is on the level. That's why we decided to repeat orders. But, unfortunately, the last two turned out to be frankly unsuccessful.
This time we ordered the Philadelphia and New sets. The fish is not spoiled, but the structure is unpleasant — oily and spreading, the taste is very weak. On the rolls from the Philadelphia set, the pieces of fish are cut off so that they cover only the top of the roll by 3-4 cm, and on cucumber rolls — even less. It looks extremely untidy.
Separately, I would like to mention one of the rolls from the New set with salmon, tuna and sweet chili sauce — the serving is terrible, it looks unappetizing, frankly, like feline nausea.
It's a pity that the level dropped so dramatically. After the first perfect order, we hoped to become regular customers, but the last two experiences have disappointed. We hope that you will pay attention to the quality and correct the situation. Order G7790

The price was pleasantly pleasing. And then, everything went wrong. Salmon is getting smaller, sushi is getting crookier, the price is getting higher, which began to bite, like this entity on the screensaver. My favorite maki hat with shrimp has become a tragedy, horror.

We always ordered sushi at Godzilla and were happy, so on February 14th we decided to order it here too. We made a pre-order at 15.05 at 19.00-19.30.
At 19.50 we realized that sushi would not be brought to us, and no one called or warned us. I had to call on my own, we only got through from 64!!! times. The girl said that they would be guaranteed to arrive in 30 minutes and make a discount. After 30 minutes, of course, no one arrived. We are calling again, this time they replied that they would check with the courier and call back. They called back and told me to wait another 30-40 minutes.
As a result, the courier arrived at 21.30 (he was 2 hours late!), the romantic evening was ruined.
Of the advantages, they made a discount, instead of 49p they paid 29 (double delay), but then it makes sense to order in advance if the delivery is not organized in any way for the holiday?

I think this is a complete disrespect to customers.
I can understand everything: the holiday, the download, and so on. - but the order was placed much earlier and for a certain time. To call after the time when you were supposed to deliver and report an hour late - probably not very, what do you think?
If there are problems with the preparation and delivery of orders, it is worth warning about this in advance and informing on the website so that your customers' plans do not collapse due to your download.
