It's a great place, I study there, it's a branch of the Goethe Institute, but not as an institute, but as a training center, if you want to learn German, then go straight here, there are a lot of opportunities there, books(paper), music (in discs), movies, (in discs), there is a separate room where there are 5-6 computers with an Internet connection, and even a Playstation 4 is available, you can play for free.
