I had to borrow from friends (I bought an expensive perfume for others) because I did not have this amount on my card. I asked how to return the money, they told me to wait. I waited two weeks, the money never came. I had to go to the bank, take an account statement and go deal with the senior administrator. The money was returned 3 days later. In total, it took a month of time and three trips to the other side of the city)

I wrote a statement, and the answer came that there would be no replacement of the product. The conclusion is that after buying a product, it is not a fact that you will use it.) And best of all, check on the spot, since the store does this, they refuse to accept the marriage. A whole bottle, how to use it if the sprayer doesn't work?! Удивительное и притягивающее место. Магазин косметических товаров, парфюмерии, аксессуаров и даже бытовой химии. Ценовой диапазон пестрит разнообразием (торговые марки от бюджетных до премиум класса). Торговый зал разделён не только на секции по типу товара, главное деление по торговым маркам/производителю. Всегда хочется что-то приобрести. Обилие консультантов, которые всегда помогают с выбором. В периоды высокой посещаемости даже приходится вылавливать "аборигена" для помощи. Если нет нужной позиции на виду, консультант проверит наличие в закрытых местах хранения. Благодаря приложению магазина можно заработать небольшие бонусы и списать их при следующей покупке. Касс для оплаты достаточно много, чтобы не утомляться в очереди и уходить бросая товар. Есть даже касса самообслуживания с понятным интерфейсом. При необходимости поможет работник магазина, закрепленная для этих целей за такой кассой. Молодые люди стремятся за покупками и мейкапами именно сюда. После покупок в яблоке можно и другие магазины торгового центра посетить или побаловать себя вкусностями.

Люблю этот магазин. Большой ассортимент хорошей косметики, удобно заказывать на дом, доставка быстрая. Мне очень нравится сайт и приложение по дизайну и функционалу. Единственное, при оформлении заказа некоторых продуктов может не быть в наличии. Так что приходится заново пересобирать заказ (хотя в момент добавления в корзину товар был в наличии, а через 2 минуты при оформлении выдает ошибку и просит удалить из заказа). Часто приходится отказываться от того, что хотела.
Также было бы очень удобно, если бы на сайте были отзывы о товарах. Очень помогло бы определиться с выбором.

Kravt is resting :) Consultants are annoying, if not with questions, then they just follow. The prices are different. The cash register works super-fast. I am happy with my purchases. The gift certificates are stylish, cool, but I wouldn't have bought them for my mother - she would have lost consciousness from lack of oxygen at the entrance:))) And I have only one :)
The store is certainly promising, but if you plan to spend a long time choosing cosmetics, then prepare yourself a gas mask.

Магазин хорошо огромным выбором товаров. Дружелюбный персонал который всегда готов помочь. Советую скачать и приложения ЗЯ потому-что при использовании у вас всегда будет скидка 10%. Есть также доставка на дом, котроя от 35р бесплатная. Также по Минску действует экспресс доставка +4,5р. Очереди в магазине есть, но они маленькие по 2-3 человека. На кассе привашем согласии кассир может проверить товар на качество

Большой магазин с хорошим выбором парфюмерно-косметической продукции разных производителей. Ценовой диапазон тоже большой-есть товары за 2 руб ,а есть духи и за 600 рублей. Хорошее обслуживание. Из минусов-непонятная сумбурная выкладка товаров. Если кратко-винегрет.Есть только указатели по производителям. Неплохо бы сделать ещё и разграничения по продукции.Т.е. понятно,если указан БелорДизайн или ИвСенЛоран,то это декоративная косметика и парфюмерия. Но есть т н. пеномоющие😀средства-шампуни,гели -и от и стоят общим стеллажи. Человеку, впервые пришедшему тяжело ориентироваться.Также не всегда есть аннотация на русском языке,что делает непонятным предназначение товара.

В принципе, магазин хороший. Большая площадь. Выбор продукции от средней ценовой категории до люкса. Консультанты толковые. Помогают выбрать наиболее подходящий продукт. Можно и на себе все попробовать на месте. Это очень здорово для склонной к раздражениям и высыпаниям коже. Можно и удалить косметику мицелярной водой и салфетками абсолютно бесплатно. Минус количество покупателей(просто толпа). Но, в общем, рекомендую к посещению
